The extending handle is a great feature and I really like the mesh. I would not call the mesh tangle proof but definitely a very big improvement over the typical nylon mesh. And it floats!

This next is a great size& fit for a kayak fisherman. I glued a few high powered magnets to the handle of the net( it's aluminum framed)& to the underside of my bow hull access door.
