The GT Hustle 3's are probably the best basketball shoes I 've ever owned, but they might not be for everyone. If you prefer low- to- the- ground cushioning or have large- volume feet( wide, etc.), these may not be ideal for you. However, if you need excellent cushioning and have low- volume feet( narrow, etc.), these could be perfect. The support of these shoes is incredible. I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. They have a cushy running shoe feel during full- court transitions but are definitely tuned for basketball. My only complaint is the tongue, which curls on the sides. Fortunately, this does n't affect comfort or gameplay, so no stars off for that.

The material hug and don ’ t feel uncomfortable. The traction pattern needs to heat up and then its elite. Overall the cushion is top tier. I recommend going down half size, they are roomy and narrow i wear inserts so i was good. Good balance for jump shooter and shifty players as the cushion doesnt hold you back and allows you to maneuver well. Hopefully some better colors arrive. Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

[ Ok so I ’ ll preface this review by saying I ’ m not really a hooper like that but the Jordan Heir Women's Basketball Shoes seem to be a great overall gym shoe. The lateral support these shoes offer makes them feel incredibly stable. The grippy outsoles on them also stick really well to most surfaces, giving you the confidence you need when making quick cuts. The upper consists of a variety of different materials for functionality; breathable mesh where you need it to keep cool as well as strong leather and cages for a sturdy locked down fit. Received box in the mail and the shoes were crush and beginning to crease I was pretty upset and was going to send them back but I wore them for a day and it got so much better. That I ’ m going to keep them. I don ’ t think they would do well with very active kids because of the vinyl on top, feels a little cheap. The nylon shoes string are horrible and cheap. She wore these while riding her bike to going to her hip- hop dance class and not once felt uncomfortable. As all kids her age they wish it could light up but she does n't worry about that once they are on. They are little big on her but with thicker socks that covers the space left and she will grow well into the shoe. With her feet being a little on the wider side we were concerned these would be too narrow for her but thankfully, this is not the case. She has been able to slip these on and go. It is fairly stiff( good support) and the rubber is substantial and hard. It is n't super light or the most cushioned shoe. Definitely not for trail running of any kind. There are better shoes for light, fast, and cushiony( see Salomon Speedcross). I wanted these for short hikes on rough terrain or as a simple walkaround shoe or working in the yard. If you do n't want full leather or something similar but a little lighter and breathable check out the Oboz Firebrand.

I have been buying the breeze boot for about 20 years now. I would agree that the laces need to be a bit longer so you can double tie them. On zappos web site they advertise that the 7742 has gore tex lining and vibram soles, you might want to check on that one. Other than that the boots are really comfortable.
