I had absolutely no issues with my heel slipping, my shoelace actually came undone and I played about 3 minutes with an untied shoe and was able to run around just fine. I feel instantly younger wearing these cool looking shoes. The fit of the shoes is very comfortable. They are surprisingly roomy in the toe box even though they look slender in this area. I ’ ve worn them all day, but primarily on days where I ’ m not on my feet all day. I suspect they wouldn ’ t be comfortable if I was on my feet all day such as at a theme park or a zoo. I suspect this based on the arch support being slightly less than I would like, and the midsole cushion not being quite as cushiony as I would like for a day completely on my feet on pavement. With that said, these shoes are still very comfortable to wear for your typical day. They are not too hot, which was a concern since they have completely leather uppers. The shoe interior is well cushioned and didn ’ t create any rubs on my foot. The heel feels slightly loose, but not to the point where it feels like your heel is sliding around or going to get a blister. I felt well supported in these shoes, and the tread seems to have great grip. I ’ m very pleased with these shoes and would recommend them to anyone looking for a hip new athletic casual shoe to wear. They have great style and also great comfort. The retro tread style reminds me of something my grandparents wore, but in a way that doesn ’ t make me feel old, but instead trendy. The only thing I would maybe change is the tread pattern. It provides fantastic grip, but it also appears to have great grip for keeping mud in the tread. I will need to make sure I wear these on dry days or pavement to prevent mud for getting stuck in the tread grooves. That is a minor annoyance, and all in all I think these are great shoes. Well done Nike!

This is the 3rd version of the Roger Pros, but V1 is still the best. Fit& Comfort: Runs a bit short, with a low toe cap that presses on toenails. After an hour on hard courts, it gets uncomfortable. The sole is very stiff — even with Game- day Pro insoles, I felt ankle pain and couldn ’ t play back- to- back matches. Performance: The close- to- the- ground feel( like V1) is excellent for explosive movement, and the wider toe box is a big improvement over the cramped V2. Durability is still TBD; past ON Pros lasted me only a few months at 8 – 10 hrs/week of play. Looks: Best silhouette in tennis shoes — sleek even in large sizes( unlike the clownish look of Asics Court FF). But the “ Swiss Engineering ” label feels like marketing, not sport- specific design. Bottom line: • Pros: roomy toe box, great court feel, sharp design. • Cons: short fit, low toe cap, overly hard sole, questionable durability. If ON could make the V1 last longer, it ’ d be the perfect shoe. Right now, I only buy them for the looks, not the performance. As for this listing, there is a mistake. The photos show white version which I ordered, but the color name is pink version which I received, and decided to keep.

Took awhile to break in but they ’ re pretty solid after that. I feel really locked in with this shoes, does have a little bulkier sneaker feeling like a Nike SB shoe but I like it. I had absolutely no issues with my heel slipping, my shoelace actually came undone and I played about 3 minutes with an untied shoe and was able to run around just fine. I can see why people won ’ t like it when they fist try it on but you got ta give it time to break in.

Wanted to give this shoe a shoutout from the initial release version. The upper is comfortable pretty much right out the box, good traction, not too much break in needed. A must try if you got the initial version and disliked due to the stiffness. Fits nothing like that. Already hooped in it a few times and digging it.

D Book ’s 2- Spiridon I have not worn the other released pairs of Books 2 but from what I can see/tell these Spiridon are better than the other color ways. I believe the mesh material has a bit more give and are lighter than compared to other versions. I wear a 10. 5 and have them fitting well at that size. Overall the books have not disappointed but i would suggest the mesh material books over the other materials
