I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. The GT Hustle 3's are probably the best basketball shoes I 've ever owned, but they might not be for everyone. If you prefer low- to- the- ground cushioning or have large- volume feet( wide, etc.), these may not be ideal for you. However, if you need excellent cushioning and have low- volume feet( narrow, etc.), these could be perfect. The support of these shoes is incredible. I can make hard cuts and stops with great stability. When laced tightly, they are super comfortable with no pinch points. They have a cushy running shoe feel during full- court transitions but are definitely tuned for basketball. My only complaint is the tongue, which curls on the sides. Fortunately, this does n't affect comfort or gameplay, so no stars off for that.

I ’ ve written this review 3 times but it hasn ’ t shown up- apologies if this is redundant… Great lateral stability but below average energy return when bouncing, sprinting, jumping, etc. all this shoe needs is a full length zoomx midsole or a combination of zoomx and zoom heel/toe pads, softer outsole and a reinforced padded tongue. Solid shoe all around. Very satisfied, broke them in after second session and felt amazing on meet. Thinking on getting one more pair Baige/White color but they showing sold out.

Great shoe, it fits really well and Nike seems to have found it's way again by going back to basis. What stops me from giving 5/5 starts is that although it offers an excellent fell and fits like a glove around your foot, I would have liked better support/fit around the ankle( the opening seems to need a bit more cushioning like the Air Max has to offer). Maybe bring back the laces v- shape from older models, it used to offer a bit of a tighter fit. Overall great shoe, I would highly recommend!

Finally getting back to what made the 9. 5 great but it is beyond me why they offer the two predominantly white color- ways in hardcourt but not clay. I ’ ve never been required to wear white on hard courts but frequently am required to on clay. Is it absurd? Of course, but I don ’ t get to make the rules…
