This bag is perfection. The problem with almost all single ski bags: 1) carrying straps that are too short for over the shoulder. 2) straight zipper closure which makes it harder to get fat skis into the bag, much less easily see what's inside. This bag's straps are a perfect medium length for either side carry or over the shoulder. And the zipper is rectangular so the top opens wide to easily pack and see what's inside. Ca n't beat it for the price.

I was gifted this bag in 2009 and it just ripped slightly on top in 2024. I was n't even sure the brand, but I had to look it up and give a review because 15 years of monthly hiking use on a bag is really impressive. Needless to say, I 'll be buying another!

Hydration pack is well made and super lite. Great for day hikes over long distances and can hold quite a bit of water and accessories for a small pack. The only thing that could be considered a drawback is the closure for the water bladder can slip off when the bladder is completely full. But as long as you are careful putting it in the pack then it is fine.
