I fish frogs a lot in Indiana and Minnesota in the summer and spend my winters fishing in Florida. This bait has the best hook- up ratio I have ever used. And I have tried them all. A great buy and a dynamic bait. Caught a lot of big' uns on this bait.

I would first cut off about an inch of the legs. You will then have the best frog on the market. The hook up ratio is much higher than the much more expensive frogs.

So Booyah advertises that this frog is still heavy enough to cast with bait casting gear. I assure you, they 're correct and that any average bait casting gear can absolutely cast this frog! And with the right set up, you can cast it a country mile!!! This product is equally built when compared to it's big brother `` Pad Crasher '' and both are top quality hollow body frogs for a more than reasonable price. These baits get noticed when they are in the water and catch fish! Do n't underestimate the `` Jr '' it's smaller profile will absolutely still catch `` the big fish ''! The full size Pad Crasher is great when hunting that lunker or looking for the kicker fish to take to the scales, but the Jr. is the one in your arsenal that you 'll want to focus on first to fill the live- well or for a fun day of fishing. It's compact size and profile are equally as temping as the Pad Crasher, but to a greater audience of the little swimmers below it. If you do n't have a smaller profile frog, get one. i 've had two jr frogs for about four yrs but always liked the popping frog better but i lost all of my popping frogs so i put the regular 65 walking frog on and missed two fish so i put the jr walking frog on and hooked up every fish that blew up on it i think they eat the smaller frog frog better...

Use on heavy rod fast action 7ft- 7'6 with braid minimum 50lbs. I use a frog weighted 5/0 1/8oz screw lock. These things work like no other I 've tried every freaking brand that makes them and zoom out preform all of them. You 'll go through a bunch until you figure out how to make them last but it's worth it with these guys. You can throw this in open water, over pads, pond scum you name it bass will destroy it guaranteed!
