The original skate was too small I got online with Dick's Chat line and within a few minutes a return was processed and a replacement skate was ordered in the correct size. I received the replacement skate in 3 days and the return slip was emailed to me the same day. Dick's went ahead and shipped the skate without me having to purchase the same pair and before they received the incorrect pair back in stock. This was not Dick's error but mine, I ordered the wrong size. The skate is great it looks like a good quality of material and is what I expected. For sporting goods Dick's will get my business.

I read mixed reviews about sizing, some said true to size& others said order larger than street size. I normally wear about a 7. 5 so I ordered an 8& it's perfect.

I recently purchased these skates because I ca n't afford$ 150 skates at the moment. They are great quality for it's price. Did n't need major sharpening when I received it. They work great on the ice. I can do some jumps just do n't go too hard on it. I recommend using these skates for beginning classes but if you want to get into major competition I suggest spending the extra money to buy competition skates. I usually wear a size 7. 5/8 and I purchased a 7, it fit nicely.

As a young boy we could n't afford hockey skates so I always wore my sisters figure skates. Much later when I was now on my own I took back into ice skating but this time wearing men's hockey skates. The problem with the men's skates they did n't have toe picks and that was what I really missed. These Tricot Figure Skates in ladies size 11 fit me perfect and they are exactly what I needed to be able to enjoy ice skating again. Just received my skates, size 7 38 Euro. What the Dick ’s website doesn ’ t say is that these are C width which is wide. I have a narrow foot so that ’s not for me. I thought as I wear a size 38 in shoes the 7 would fit, but they are entirely too small and too wide. Ended up getting a size 8. 5 with B( regular) width and they fit perfect. I think the Jackson Ultima size chart( in inches and cm is extremely accurate as it showed I needed an 8. 5 and was spot on. These skates are meant to be stiffer around the ankles, and they feel stiff:-)

It's well padded and generally well made real leather boots with poly coating. Just like all other new skating boots, its blades needs to be sharpened before first time use. Note that the street shoe size is different from skating shoe sizes. For online buyers, follow the Jackson size chart- my 9year old daughter's feet measures 9 inches, we got the 5. 5 in `` women ice skate boot size ''( with half size allowance for thick socks) and it's perfect fit. Highly recommend.

I desperately wanted these but they had none my size at Pure Hockey to try on. Although, they said they can order and have it shipped, I was just not comfortable with that. I like to try things on and see for myself, plus I was afraid I would end up receiving a used or someone's return. Okay so the radiant heated ice skate are more comfortable than my blue Hockey Bauer intermediate around the toe box area. By the way, I wear a size 4 on the blue intermediate hockey ice skate. I still like them nonetheless. I wear a size 4. 5 on the Bauer Mission inhaler FS2 Rollerblade. The size 4 fits me perfectly but I had to go with a 4. 5 because my right foot was wider. The toe box there was not great and it felt like metal was jammed into my bone. I dislike larger sizes but sadly have no choice there. 😔 Bauer needs to upgrade and make more of these skates/ice skates for wider feet. However, I do dislike around the ankle area. Once tied and standing up, you can not stand up straight at all. The way that it's build, it makes you lean forward automatically by force. I 'll be taking them out this weekend since I just purchased them yesterday. I 'll probably switch around with my twins since they have the white figure skating ones. Those does n't push ypu foward at all. Lol. I 'm glad we kind of wear the same sizes in these Bauer. Also, on the web it stated that the heated ones come presharped and ready to skate.
