I bought this a few weeks ago for my husband ’s birthday and he absolutely loves it! It has proven to be extremely helpful and accurate when mapping out the water areas. It is built well and seems it will last him a good while until upgrading to the next new gadget! Anyone who loves fishing would love this tool!

[ The instructions are very simple, and though it is not the best sonar, it is an excellent entry model. I would only really trust it to read depths but I would not try to use it to navigate under water structure.

Went with the deeper instead of other fish finders because it is so easy to use for kayak and shore fishing. It is lightweight and portable. I do n't need to run wires or add another screen. I just mount my phone with the deeper mounts to my kayak or pole. It may not be the greatest transducer in the world but it's also not super expensive either.
