This will work well for you, if you realize how to use Cast Iron. It will heat slowly with the first pie and then probably burn if you do n't pay close attention. After that they will come out of the fire perfectly toasted and fairly fast. We had one as kids for camping with our family. It lasted over 40 years and one of my siblings has it now. I bought one for our family, so we could enjoy the same memories! Not very expensive either!

[ I buy this conditioner all the time along with4 the squeeze tube. They are interchangeable. What I really like the spray bottles for is my grill boxes and smoker. So much easier to heat them up and spray them down then to rub the tube glob on them heated. Both bottle and tube are in my cast cupboard and camping supplies. Live them.
