[ We absolutely love our Coleman Dark Room Skydome camping tent! It was so easy to set up. It is very well made It comes with a carrying bag which is nice, we also like that the poles to this tent stay attached and had a little Velcro strap that keeps them all together, there is a nylon cover for the top of the the tent to prevent rain from entering. It also provides adequate room for up to 6 people to sleep comfortable It holds a big queen size air mattress easily and it stays pretty dark. I would definitely recommend it to those who are looking for space and comfort.

[ I am absolutely ecstatic about my 6- Person Dark Room Skydome Camping tent in blue that I purchased a month ago! This was the best purchase I 've me in a long time! The room in it is beyond words! It's 6 foot tall in the middle and can sleep 6. It was so easy to set up and take down. There was plenty of room for our whole family and it's so durable. It even has a cover for rain and you can tie it down in case the weather gets bad. My children and my basset hound had the absolute best time camping and because this tent was so durable and easy to set up and take down, we had lots of time to enjoy our little vacation. We have decided to take another camping trip soon and ca n't wait to use it again. My son has some health issues and this tent has Dark Room Technology which blocks 90% of the sunlight and reduces heat in the tent, which makes it better for people that have issues with the heat. This works amazingly too, because my son stayed cool and we were able to enjoy our trip because of this. It's also been designed and tested for storm conditions, which helps me breath much easier knowing we are safe. The amount of room in this tent is unlike any tent I have ever seen. The carrying bag made it so easy to take along, the wide door design made it easier to get in and out of, the storage pockets gave us room to put stuff out of the way, and the detachable rainfly gave me peace of mind. I felt so safe and secure and could focus on my trip and having fun with the kids knowing we chose this tent! We love it!

[ Was looking for a car camping tent, larger and more comfortable than the backpacking tent I 've had for ages. The DogHouse would sleep 2 very comfortably, you could sleep 4 if you do n't mind being a sardine. Steep sided walls gives the tent a very spacious feel. I could erect and take down the tent solo, but did struggle a bit the first time I pitched the tent to insert the tent pole into the final grommet. Also took me a while to figure out how to get the horizontal top pole out of the snap when breaking the tent down. Overall, the tent erected pretty quickly and easily in subsequent uses after the fabric stretched out a bit. Good ventilation, beefy stakes, seems to be a strong, stable tent, certainly fine for summer camping, probably 3 season. Worst conditions I 've been in are moderate wind and rain overnight, and the tent shed water no problem. I 'm assuming the fabric has a DWR coating, and it's unclear how long the waterproofing would last. I did not buy the ridiculously expensive footprint, just used a tarp close to the correct size and that worked fine. Tent material did catch in the zipper when zipping open or close the door. I wonder if anyone has solved this though.

In its first week of use, it survived a big wind storm, hail, and a lightning storm. It weathered all three spectacularly- as did the people inside! We stayed dry and protected with no problem. This tent is a beautiful color and incredibly easy to set up( even on one ’s own). Thee little storage shelf is great, and the interior side pockets are very helpful. In addition, the little brim in the front helps keep rain out of the entryway and offers a little bit of shade. I love that you can make the tent as open/breezy as you want. [ The CORE Equipment 10- Person Lighted Pyramid Tent is hands- down one of the best tents I ’ ve ever used! From setup to takedown, this tent is all about convenience, comfort, and smart design. First off, it ’s incredibly spacious. We had plenty of room for our air mattresses, gear, and still space to move around comfortably — no crowding or tripping over stuff. The pyramid shape gives it great headroom and makes it feel even bigger inside. The built- in LED lighting system is a total game- changer. No more fumbling for lanterns or flashlights — it creates a warm, ambient glow that makes nighttime in the tent feel cozy and functional. Perfect for getting ready for bed, reading, or just relaxing after a long day outdoors. Setup was surprisingly easy for a tent this size. The instructions were clear, and everything felt durable and well- constructed. Plus, the ventilation is excellent. Even with multiple people inside, it never felt stuffy, and the airflow kept everything fresh. If you ’ re a family, a group of friends, or just someone who likes a little extra space while camping, this tent is 100% worth it. After researching tents for about two years( seriously! I read reviews on everything out there), I finally decided on this one and so far I could n't be happier with my purchase. I just returned from camping in this tent with two other adults for four nights. We all agreed that it's just the right size for four unrelated adults with all their gear( i. e. friends who would prefer not to sleep 6 inches from each other's faces); for the three of us, it was luxuriously spacious. I sprayed the tent and rainfly with waterproofing prior to the trip. We experienced two heavy thunderstorms and the tent did n't leak a single drop and the overhang of the rainfly even enabled us to keep the windows cracked. While it's not a bathtub- style floor, the seams are double- sewn in a way that makes leaks where the floor meets the wall nearly impossible. We appreciated the spacious gear pouches along the walls; the gear loft overhead is too high in the air to be able to easily reach to put gear up there( the center height of this tent is about 86 ''!) but the lantern hook is great. There are other thoughtful touches in the tent's design, as well, including air vents along the floor and fabric that covers the door zipper to prevent rain leaks. The significant number of windows ensured a well- ventilated tent that was bearable even when getting pummeled with midday direct sun. Set- up takes about 45 minutes; it's not hard but there are a number of steps. I think it will get a little faster as I get more familiar with the tent. I definitely would n't be able to set this tent up alone. All in all, it's comfortable, well made, and kept me dry.

I bought this tent long before the pandemic and have taken it car camping 2- 3 times a year since. Everyone loves how these set up so fast, including me, but putting it away is a bit more work, just FYI. I have found that sort of rolling it up and leaning on it with your body weight at the end works. I do n't think I 'll ever go back to the traditional pole tent set up. Favorite part of this tent is the mesh ceiling. If the forecast is dry, you can leave the rainfly off and look at the stars. After about a dozen times camping, during a windstorm, one of the pole connections broke and we 've had to hobble together a solution, but we 've taken it camping still at least 4- 5 more times since. P. S. It's pretty waterproof, but you really need to stake it well for the rain to go where you want it to. Also, because of the slanted walls, you do n't want your air mattress touching the sides during the rain either.

I could n't love this more. When. Im camping with a partner, having a `` stuff '' tent vs a sleeping tent is awesome. Makes the nights cozy and fun and keeps the area small enough to stay the right temperature but keeps our stuff nearby. When camping with a friend, we each get our own space and have chairs set up in the middle for morning coffee. The set up is a bit comicates, as opposed to normal tents, but that's to be expected. It's not hard, just requires a bit of thought as it's different. This would be a great tent for small families enabling a kid tent and a parents tent, just know the two sides are n't huge so would n't be great for people who bring a lot of stuff they want to keep with them in the tent. My only complaint is that I wish it came with a couple color options. I like reds, yellows and oranges for the color of the morning light when I wake up, but brown is better than green so it's ok:)
5
Camping with a family of 4 on a rainy weekend put this to the test. We loved having our own tents, within the tent. Camping with just two adults had plenty of shelter under the vestibule. Even used this as a lunch shelter at a Girl Scouts field day, using just the fly. Worth the price tag. My only `` negative '' feedback is that I think this should be sold with the foot print and the 2 extra poles to make an awning.
5
Excellent tent for camping with a family. My wife and I typically camp to ride, so we have weighed whether this setup could be used for MotoCamping. For our smaller middle weight ADVs that might be a tall order. Possibly doable on something the size of a GS1300 or Pan America. For now it makes an ideal tent for car and truck camping. This was our 4 year old's and our dog's first camping trip. I truly envy their ability to sleep the whole night. My wife and I slept on one side while our child and dog slept on the other. The vestibule made for easy day to day load outs and occasional drying of clothes. Convertibility is an awesome option as you can opt to use just one tent to have a larger vestibule which could potentially be used to cover motorcycles, but realistically would be more suited for bicycles. It could potentially be mounted on a bicycle pannier if rearranged. Just pay attention to your pole placement, they are long which means they could be easily bent in a fall. I would note that despite the site photos there are no poles to hold up the door flap.

We just got back from ten days in Yellowstone, and this tent made the trip fantastic! We usually bring a six- person tent for our family, but this fit the four of us perfectly. We are four adults. Each tent is big enough for two regular sleeping pads. We fit an Exped MegaMat with a Big Agnes Boundary in one tent, with only minor overlap. The space was amazing. We were able to hang a small clothesline across one door for towels. The tent made it through a couple big rainstorms with no issues. The temps outside got into the 30s, and the tent remained fine. This is definitely a car camping tent, but it packed in much nicer than our old tent. We bought the optional footprint, which I think should just be included. It makes setup and teardown a dream. It kept everything very clean. We got a lot of compliments in the campground!

We were looking for a tent that would replace our Chimney Creek 4 mtnGLO tent. Our kids are 10 and 7 and we have a new puppy and our 4 person tent was getting a bit tight. We took the Wyoming Trail 4 out on our first camping trip of the summer to the WA coast and it worked really well. The tent sets up pretty easy once you have done it once and figure out where the poles go and which ones go on top and bottome of each other. Very intuitive color coding of clips which makes setting up the raincover very straight forward. We loved the space in the large vestibule as we set up a chair and small table inside it and were able to also have a dog bed for our puppy to sleep in at night. I think we may have even convinced some friends with kids that were with us to think about getting the same tent! I think the only issue would be the size of the footprint of the tent. It is very long and it could be a tight fit in certain campsites.

As a big man I can see that it will hold the avagage person to 12 people. It is very easy to set up even for one person. I will be getting a lot of use out of it in the coming years. I did have to get some stronger steaks as the ground here is as little harder for them to go in the ground easy. I did have to figure out that putting up the fly that you have to twist it around the poles otherwise the fly would push on the buttons and collapse the poles. But still an easy fix to twist the clip around and bring it from the back side.

We have camped for 25 years, starting with a green canvas Coleman cabin tent aka the green monster sweatbox, and stayed with their products for most of that time. Then we were given a great cabin tent with an entry way, or foyer, as my daughter- in- law called it, and it was a nice tent. The setup was a bit of a challenge, but the entry way seperate from actual living space was awesome. Then a pole broke, a few wear holes appeared and it was time to go. This new Core cabin tent is the best upgrade, as the entry way has privacy panels to allow for extra sleeping space or to be inside when it's bad weather. And the cabin space is enough for a queen size air mattress, two small tables and our gear with plenty of floor space to move around. The set up, once we did it once at home, took less than fifteen minutes from bag to finish. Looking forward to many more fun trips with this tent. Customer service is awesome as well, we ordered a screen house, although functional, had stains from shipping or production, and they have replaced it at no cost. More products from Core will be part of our gear supply!

I bought this tent for me& my wife after her saying she wanted more room. This tent is awesome, the screen served to hold all of our stuff,& the bedroom section easily held 2 queen sized mattresses with plenty og room to spare. Ventilation is excellent,& the tent set up in about 15 minutes doing it the first time( Taking time to read the instructions). One night a storm front rolled in& dropped about 2 '' of rain in 12hrs on us, a real torrential downpour. Not one drop of water inside the tent, I was actually shocked by this seeing how much& how hard it was raining. Hats off to CORE for their build quality& tent layout. Only thing I wish they made, was a fitted footprint for it as I had to use a tarp instead. But overall, I 'm very happy with this tent.

We bought this tent from your website and it is very nice so far. we set it up in the back yard once to get familiar with the tent and the setup steps. good thing we did, when we went camping the following weekend, the incoming storm looked strong. We put the tent up fast since we had done it once already, as I was setting the guy lines the hail started I only got 4 set before the hail was too large... pea sized to begin with the storm raged for well over 45 minutes, the hail grew to BASEBALL sized! we stood in the corners to help hold it down to the wind... we could see the hail pummeling the tents rain fly. After the hail finally stopped we dealt with the flash flooding. The damage to the tent was a 1- 2 inch tear in the rain fly on the right side. So is it possible to buy a replacement rain fly if needed? also one of the grey fiberglass poles does not hold tight together, its like the internal elastic cord is too long? other than that the tent is great, we love the screen room aspect and the way the windows open for venting, and our dog loves the ground level air intakes to keep cool. If you would like pictures we have pictures of the the tent up after the storm as well as the hail and the total aftermath. overall the tent is very strong, easy to set up, and good for us.

These has thoroughly impressed me so far, we ’ ve used this tent for several years on several annual camping trips now. Our tent survived the winds of a distant tornado that passed through our town. The wind flapped so fast it melted the fabric sleeves covering the joints and exposed some melted foam. The rain fly held on with extremely minor wear, otherwise perfect condition. Hope to use it for many more years!

Set up is so fast, poles are permanently placed, just extend and click into place. The top was confusing at first. Little front x27; porch x27; area is convenient, as are the pockets on the front outside wall. Stayed dry inside after rain showers- put a tarp on the ground and the tent on the tarp. When we packed up we were surprised with some water between tarp and tent- tent floor inside never got wet. The original bag expands and the tent, when folded up neatly, fit back in to the bag and the bag zipped up. A con- I wish the screen windows were bigger so more air could flow into tent. Otherwise I x27; m completely happy with the quality of the tent.

Not a bad tent size- wise, but it came with NO directions but for 3 very small steps( I mean, SMALL) on the outside of the tent zip bag. Overhead fly takes a while to figure out; you need to attach one of the bottom clips, then another, then drag the fly over the top and continue snapping the clipper tabs as you go until all 4 are in place at the 4 corners. I will be contacting the company this week to ask for directions on how to take it down easier, as the attached poles are difficult to fold up. This is in no way a one- minute set- up.

We just used our new tent last weekend. It was easy to put up and take down, had plenty of room for a queen air bed and 2 adults with all our gear. It rained both nights and the second night was a storm like I had never seen before. It rained really hard for several hours, totally filling a 4 inch pot that was sitting outside. We were dry in our tent with only a very small amount of water coming in and most of it was near the door. We were very pleased with how the tent performed and would buy again. A larger storm flap, especially over the door would be a nice addition. So for all the reviews of people complaining about the tent leaking, please be realistic, if it is raining while you are camping, water is going to get into your tent, if it leaks like a sieve that ’s a different issue, maybe you have the tent set up in a bad area, if you have maybe a 1/4 cup of water in your tent after a rain storm that dropped 4 inches of water in about 3 hours, you have a good tent. Thank you Doug

The tent is very spacious, sturdy and very easy to set up. My husband was bragging about it with other campers. We had a good sleep when it was raining. We put a queen size airbed inside and there's more space. We love the fact that you can stand inside the tent. You just need to have a fan because the it's hot inside when the temperature is high. But when it's perfect when its cold. We are excited for the next camping trip!

We did n't stake down the rain fly and even with a large amount of water pooling in one of the spaces along the side, it did n't leak through at all. ... The window zippers are a new design( to me) and I really like

Was fairly easy to set up, spacious and has endured at least two major storms with no leakage! We purchased the footprint to go underneath it also. Very pleased.

Great tent. Lots of room. screens do a great job keeping out bugs. The removable cover is awesome to sleep under the stars and keep the bugs out. Easy to set up and take down. Overall, a very good buy.

I did a trial run with this tent today and it look me around 35 minutes to set up next time it will go a lot easier knowing what I am supposed to do and I did it alone. The rain cover on the tent seems like it will do a great job. The tent was spacious enough for 6- 8 people. It has a slot in the tent for an electrical cord which is so convenient. It seems to be well made and will last a while. Can ’ t wait to start camping in it!

This product is made with quality material. I like that the tent poles that go from sode to side are color coded in orange. Makes it much easier to build. The clips for the tent poles are better than sliding the poles theough a sleeve. It took only 15- 20 min to build. Fits about easlitly 6 people easily.

First and foremost, I want to start off with how great the actual bag is! The bag is very roomy, and you will never have to worry about everything fitting. Has a Top that rolls and clamps down when finished. The tent itself is very simple to put up two of us about 15 minutes, but we are very experienced campers. The polls are very easy to assemble and attach. The tent stitching is nice seems very secure. The overall quality of the tent is very nice and very roomy. Easy to put up, take down and package and put away.

Great new tent. This tent is spacious and very sturdy. We have a large family who tends to be rough, in the initial set up which was very easy, it held up against my kids. Overall this will be a great new space to spend time together outdoors with the family!

Things I love about this tent: goes up very quickly( I can even do the whole thing by myself if I have to but easier with 2 people), stays much cooler than my last tent thanks to the floor vents, screened ceiling and plenty of windows, looks great, very spacious inside- had 4 elevated twin air...

We 've used the tent a few times now, and every time we put it away we just say wow. Super easy to set up and take down, no condensation or leaking( although it has not experienced super humid or torrential downpour conditions), and easy to keep clean. Lights a nice extra and work well. Great glamping tent, as long as you do n't have to carry far. Big foot print, too big for some pads in some national parks

Very happy with this tent! It's been windy here and very rainy but the tent did just fine in the wind and not a drop of rain in the tent and honestly that was what made me nervous the most, the rain. We have a family of 5 and it's comfortable with plenty of room for all of us and our things.

Best investment I 've ever made. First night the family and I slept in it, we had a lot of wind( 40 mph gust) and it held up to it's reputation. Everything was properly tied down as recommended. My wife loves this tent and I 'm proud to say we are proud owners of the 12 P Lighted Tent!

Got my tent a couple weeks ago. Took it out camping last week for 5 days. First night going into the next morning Thunderstorms. Rained all night. Tent performed perfect. Next day was really high winds for about half the day, and again issues. Set up was a breeze. Took seriously like 5 minutes to set up if that. The integrated lights though was the icing on the cake. Never have I seen a tent with this feature, and I do n't think I ever want a tent without it again lol. Totally worth the money.

Bought this tent a long time ago, about fourteen years. Has held up great for that time. Ten min. set up time with two people. Hooked this tent to the back of my truck that has a cap. Worked great as a second room. I use the truck as a bedroom. Sleeve zips off for a third door option if using the tent alone. The only problem was when it rained one time and a pool formed between the cap and the tent on the sleeve. If it was on the right car maybe this would n't happen. The other thing that should be done to make set up easier is to mark the center of each tent pole. This is to mark the apex of the tent to tie the roof ties to. You will see what I mean when you set up. Would I buy this tent again? Yes. And I have never put any kind of waterproofer or seam sealer on and never had a leak.

I used the tent for the first time this past weekend and thought it was great!! My wife even enjoyed camping and I was n't sure that was possible. I heard from reviews that people said that it was hard to set up, but me and my friend set it up for the first time in the dark and only took us 10 minutes, very simple. They even have a video that shows you how to set it up, I would advise watching it first if you are unsure. Others said that it wouldnt fit back in the bag that it comes with, but again, I had no problem with it at all. The only cons were the tent pegs that came with it. They had no point at the end and bent everytime you hammered them in. I went to REI and bought some titanium tent pegs and problem was solved. The only other con was that when using the zippers, they sometimes catch the overflap fabric. Not sure how to fix it yet, but not a big concern. The tent is big and very roomy. I 'm 6' 5 '' and could walk around the tent with no problem. I have a 2004 Toyota 4Runner and the fit was perfect. Great tent, cant wait to use it again!

Love the idea of attaching this tent to my SUV. My wife and I have spent many a nights stacking stuff form the back into the front seats to make room for us in the back. This tent arrived and we headed out to go camping, first stop Holter Lake Montana, fee for camping sights vehicles on pavement tents on grass, you can imagine that we could not drive stakes into the ground when half would have to go through pavement. Headed out of Holter to camp at the Bridge where the access road to Holter meets up with the river at wolf creek canyon. Pitched the tent, pole, stakes everything and lit the barbeque and settle down for the night. Then the wind came and tent blew away. Lesson learned point the vehicle into the wind if known or possible( keep in mind, Eastern Montana is some of the windiest area in the United States. Packed up and headed home in the middle of the night. Two days later headed out to Yogo Creek Montana, found a remote site and set up camp, some wind but it was steady and we pointed vehicle into the wind. Everything else went off without a hitch, beautiful clear creek, camp fire and tent did fine in the 10 to 12 mph wind gust. One small problem, the straps that attach to the tent and come over the top of the vehicle and attach under the hood. When the wind blows is raddles those straps and makes a noise like a semi using air brakes. I will be going to the dollar store and buying some cheap pool noodles, slicing them half way and attaching them over those straps to stop this in the future. Over all glad I bought the tent, roomy and pretty easy to set up and break down.

I bought this tent to stay the weekend at Vogel State Park in Georgia while racing H9, a 50 mile trail race. I was able to setup a table, cot, and chair in the tent with plenty of room to spare. It set up and broke down so easily and kept me dry during rain the second night. Quality tent.

I live in Texas and needed something that would allow for air flow. It has screens on all sides so should do the trick. It's super fast to put up even though it is n't an instant tent.

The stitching of the material looks great. The zippers work well. Have n't really used it for camping yet. But I 've gotten 3 emails asking for a review... so for what it's worth... happy so far.

This is our second Core tent. We have the 9 person for a family of four but also wanted a smaller one for when it is just the girlfriend and I. Used it for the first time last weekend and it was perfect. It went up quickly and there was more than enough room for the two of us. Not sure about sleeping 6 but to be honest it would have been large enough for the four of us as well. Lastly, the other thing I like about both core tents is that when you 're done and packing it up, everything fits nicely into the carry bag without having to force things into it.

This tent is AMAZING. I was able to put the tent up by myself. The directions were clear and attached to inside the bag. The material is thicker than the normal tents. Take down went great and everything went inside the bag, with extra room no less! For the price, I am very impressed with this tent and would definitely recommend it. I would say it sleeps about 4 people if you are using cots or blow up mattresses. 6 if you are using mats.

We just received our new tent and set it up this afternoon. It practically set itself up. My wife and I easily had it set up in about 5 min, her first comment was `` Well that was easy, a lot better then the Coleman '' I 'm anxious to see how fast I can put it up next time, knowing the routine. Our biggest issue was the rain fly, but again knowing the routine it will go better next time. The lights were a definite highlight for my wife, she really liked this feature. One thing we liked with our Coleman that is n't on the Core is the D- shape swinging door. Not really a big deal. We ca n't wait to go camping!!!

The tent has not been on an adventure yet, but has been set up in the backyard for a couple weeks and had given our kids an extra space to spend time during the pandemic. The lights and power are great for evening time and the tent is so roomy! We love it.

I have never in my life wrote a review but I buy based on reviews and I couldn ’ t let this one go. This is a very durable tough build tent. I got caught in a very nasty storm with high winds and this tent stayed in tack and nothing broke or ripped. I had to hold the side wall so it doesn ’ t collapse on us but eventually we left everything in the tent and ran to the truck. That tent took a bitting for 5 hours in the wind/rain and didn ’ t not break. I had some water in the tent but compare to how bad the storm was the water was nothing. The stakes did pull up but didn ’ t damage the eyes, seems held up wonderful, metal poles didn ’ t brake or bend, zippers work, lights work. I thought I would had just to throw it in the trash after the storm but oh boy I was wrong. Great buy and I hope this review helps someone make the decision I did 3 year ago!

We ’ d previously had the 6 person instant cabin which was too small for us. We roll with 2 queen air mattresses and there wasn ’ t room to even stand in that one. The 9 person lighted tent gives us plenty of real estate for our 2 mattresses and luggage and even leaves some space to spare for a chair and kids to play cards on the floor. The lights are a bonus. Set up was a teeny bit more complicated than the smaller tent but I still managed it in less than 5 minutes by myself without glancing at the instructions.

[ This Tent is huge! I put a queen size mattress( 80x60) in it and still had enough room to walk around it while standing( I 'm 5' 8 '' and had 2 feet on the right and 2 feet on the bottom around the mattress to walk around). If you are looking for a true 6- person tent this, is it. The zippers are really high quality just need to go slow getting in an out as they can snag on the material just like any other tent. The rain fly and tent material is really nice waterproofing, feels like 15K. Be aware that Big Agnes currently does not sell extra tent poles to put up the shelter and the tent at the same time. Also, make sure to buy the Footprint( its not included), it adds longevity to the bottom of the tent and is necessary for the shelter to set up by itself.

We purchased this for our New England adventure. Let me tell you it was a game changer. In New York in 32 degree weather we were cozy. In New Hampshire in the flood we were dry warm and out of the wind. We camped New England for 10 days and were cozy each night and it rained and was flooding for three nights. Easy set up even at night. Buy Big Agnes. They know what they are doing. And as a bonus go with the vestibule it was a game changer for sure.

[ I recently had the pleasure of using this fantastic 6- person tent on a camping trip, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations! Although it ’s labeled for six people, it comfortably fits four with plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax, but that ’s common for tents and I expected that going in and in a survival scenario you probably could squeeze six in there. The black- out interior is really nice as it provides a perfectly dark environment for a restful night ’s sleep, even if the sun is still out as can be common during the mid- summer evenings. I thought the interior would be hotter being mostly black, but it actually wasn ’ t bad. Regardless we were camping during the summer, so we opened the air flow flaps that still have a mesh covering to keep out bugs but allow for additional cooling. What truly impressed me was the ease of setup. I was skeptical of the 60- second advertisement for setup, but I actually had the tent pitched and ready in under 60 seconds, which made settling in a breeze and left more time for enjoying our surroundings. The design is intuitive and straightforward, making it ideal for anyone new to the outdoors. I will say that it is bulky, so there would not be a way to take it on a backpacking trip, but it is great for and really shines at a campground site. It ’s in a long bulky bag, so it might be a little difficult to pack in the car with camping equipment. Overall, this tent combines comfort and convenience in one nice package.

We just had a backyard camping, and the blockout tent was great! I love that it ’s so easy to set up and my kids were able to sleep in thanks to the darkening effect. We got some rain, but didn ’ t get wet at all. We were able to fit 4 wide cots inside. I like the screen ceiling, so you can look out to the sky when you don ’ t have the rain fly on, and have light and breeze come through even with the rain fly on. All the windows zip up tight to keep rain and light out. I hope it lasts for many years of camping fun.

After having it less then a year and being someone who avidly camps I can say I hate this tent. It leaks, is always impossible to guy out properly, and has the crappiest window holds ever. The rain fly fits poorly and was never properly waterproof which you think would be important right?! The dongles that hold the windows, mess parts, doors are poorly sewn in and let water drip from them and due to the pitch of the tent you are sure to mis place your head at one point and end up with little drips right on your forehead all night without fail. If you ever camp where there is heavy dew, do n't! It WILL completely soak the tent in a mater of 30mins tops causing every surface to drip with wet. Do n't be like me and waste your money on this over priced garbage. 🙃

This tarp is big, well made. It was a bit windy setting up in the mountains. I suggest staking the Footprint down untill you get the tent up. It is larger then the 11 person tent so you have to fold in the sides to stake the tent down. You can use the extra length at the front of the tent for taking your shoes off prior to entering the tent, or for a doormat placement.

[ Great tent! I highly recommend this one in particular. The dark technology really works and it keeps the sun out which I love. When it's rainy or if you prefer it, you can easily put the rain resistant tarp/cover over the top for protection. 2 features that I love are the electrical cord pocket and the air intake- it allows cool air to enter through the bottom mesh of the tent while letting hot air exit out the top. [ I recieved this from influenster for my honest review. This tent was super easy to put up and take back down. Was easy to get back in to the carry bag it came with as well. This was comfortable to sleep in, had 2 people with plenty of room left in it but can definitely fit 4. I 'm 5' 3 '' and I could stand in it with out having to crouch down so changing clothes in it was comfortable as well. This is definitely more of a spring/summer tent as the upper sides are only mesh but the tarp covers the mesh enough that it wo n't get wet. However I would be a little weary with heavy rain and wind in case for it to stay dry but regular rain was fine. The mesh siding and the added feature for air intake makes it perfect to sleep in in warm weather. I also loved the added feature to run a cord through without having to run it through the door. The price and quality is good so it's a good value. Will be taking it with again for our next camping trip.

This is my second Core tent( first is larger, family instant tent) Got 4 person straight wall for solo car camping with my cat and dog in dispersed areas. I set it up in 12 minutes first time, 9 minutes second time. The attached instructions on the storage bag are clear and simple. Despite arthritis and being a solo camper, I had no problems assembling it.( see attached unboxing- setup video) Interior has room for my Coleman XL heavy duty cot, the dog's travel inflatable mat and my camp toilet. Decent ventilation, missed the 3rd window though the air vent on that side does help with ventilation. Easily broke down, folded and fit into carry bag. Suggestion for solo campers; bring one small carabiner, use it to secure one hook of the rainfly so you can put it up easier. The plastic hooks do n't stay connected to the metal clip without tension. Securing just one makes it easy to set up the rainfly. I did it without assistance twice, but the wind catches it and I wished for a helper.

We love this tent! It's incredibly roomy and easily fits our family of three plus our two medium- sized dogs. We 've been using it almost every week last summer for overnight rafting trips, and it's held up wonderfully. Setup is easy, and there's plenty of space for everyone to move around comfortably. Perfect for families who want both space and durability on their adventures!

I 've spent a lot of time in this tent. I teach at gatherings where I provide my own housing and I 've lived in it while caring for sick friends away from me home. It easily fits 2 people, 2 dogs, and excessive amounts of camping and teaching gear especially with the vestibule added on( not included)

My scouts and I were bone dry in a 4 '' of rain storm in 2 of these.

This tent is very roomy and has worked great for my husband and I this summer on car camping trips. The tent is heavy but comes in a nice backpack style carrying bag. Only takes about 10 minutes to set up!

I 've owned many tents and I love this tent. It is quick to set up, roomy for two plus dog, lots of storage pockets, and it really keeps us dry here in the PNW. It is a well made tent, and there are lots of fun accessories available like the interior mat and the front vestibule to extend storage.

I have been looking for a new camping tent forever. Being a bit of a penny pincher I had been burning through one cheap tent after another. I recently got the Limestone for an weekend camping trip and I love. It was rainy and windy all weekend but my tent stayed bone dry. More than that, I could actually stand in this tent and the walls being so vertical I could actually fit my wife and two kids in it without us rolling over each other all night. Even better its got these great pockets for stashing away your gear. You can tell they really thought out every aspect of this tent.

[ Had the chance to spend 5 nights in the 4P Limelight in Voyagers National Park recently. This tent replaced an old 3P Eureka I had for many years. The ease of set up for this tent given the size was amazing! Was super easy to setup with one person and could only imagine how quick it would go up with two! Really love the space inside this tent. The pre- bent poles offered a lot of space inside and the addition of the clothes line was great for drying out a few shirts that i left out overnight( dewy). The part I like most are the two doors- the larger door made it easy to bring all my gear in, no tripping over people, bags, etc to get in or out and the vestibule had the perfect amount of space to keep all our shoes dry too! Love this tent!

[ The tent is really well designed and made. I used it for the first time, all is as described. It's lightweight, easy for me to put up alone, including the rainfly. The zippers seem really strong, no extra flaps to get caught. Seams are strong, along with the clothesline and pockets. It's well ventilated but yet I was very warm and dry- 50- 60 degree nights The space between the rainfly and the door is a bit small for me. Took some bending over to get in and out as you unzip the fly, then unzip the tent, and if you 're carrying something, it's harder. A little bit of coordination and all worked. There is n't privacy if you leave the rainfly flap up as the tent is all screen. I used it as a leader tent for a scout trip so privacy is a must. I think that it actually will keep everything very dry and not a deal breaker for me. Overall, excellent tent.

When selecting a large group tent, consider features such as the tent's capacity, ease of setup, and weather resistance. Look for tents with multiple entrances for convenience and ventilation, as well as ample storage options for gear. Additionally, check for durable materials and a sturdy frame to ensure stability in various conditions.
To determine the right size large group tent, consider the number of people who will be using it and the amount of gear you plan to store inside. It's often recommended to choose a tent that accommodates at least two more people than your group size for added comfort. Additionally, think about the layout and whether you need separate sleeping areas or communal space.
Large group tents provide ample space for multiple campers, making them ideal for family trips or group outings. They often feature separate rooms or sections, allowing for privacy and organization. Additionally, these tents can create a communal area for socializing, cooking, or storing gear, enhancing the overall camping experience.
Large group tents are typically made from durable materials such as polyester or nylon, which offer water resistance and UV protection. The tent floor is often reinforced with a thicker material to prevent wear and tear. Additionally, look for tents with strong poles made from aluminum or fiberglass for stability and support.
Many large group tents are designed to withstand various weather conditions, but it's essential to check the specifications for weather resistance features. Look for tents with waterproof ratings, sturdy seams, and good ventilation to handle rain and humidity. However, extreme weather may require additional precautions or a more specialized tent.
To extend the lifespan of your large group tent, proper care and maintenance are crucial. Always clean the tent after use, store it dry, and avoid setting it up on rough terrain that could cause damage. Additionally, inspect the tent regularly for any wear and tear, and make necessary repairs to prevent further issues.
