Pro V1x used to be my favorite ball. Now it is these. Length is as good as Pro V1x, if not better. Greenside spin is better. Good workability. I had been using the Left Dash with excellent results, especially off the driver. The only drawback was that it sounded and felt a bit firm off my putter and irons though but that was something I could live with given the performance gains. I decided to try the TD and I am very pleased. Same performance gains as the Left Dash but with a slightly better sound and feel. Very impressive.

Unbelievable balls. The Chrome Tour TD spins less than CT and CTX off the driver and stays remarkably straight down range. It is long! I was using a new driver as well, but I was getting 8- 10 yards more total distance with that combo. It is a firm ball, but feels good off the face( softer than the X LS of previous generations). Approach shots had a nice mid trajectory and spun more than I thought on very firm greens. Around the green, the ball is predictable: it rolls out when you want it and checks when you want it. Firm greens did have a teeny bit more run out. Feel off the putter is firm. Overall a great ball if you struggle with spin or too high launch.

I switched from the ProV1X to the Chrome Tour this winter and spring. Definitely noticed there is less spin on my drives, allowing for more consistency and distance. Even better when playing in windy conditions. The Chrome Tours still provides plenty of spin coming onto the greens. I like the fact that when playing from tight lies, the Tours back up generally 5ft to 10ft vs 10ft to 20ft with the ProV1X. The Tours fit my game best!

These are replacing my chrome soft X LS's that were discontinued. Distance was just as good. Short spin was quite good. Feel off the face is softer which is nice( the X LS were like hitting bricks).

Chrome Tour performs extremely well for all aspects of my game. Its long off the tee and long irons, with plenty of spin greenside to be able to play more aggressively. All this while maintaining a relatively soft feel( not as soft as Chrome Soft, but still soft). I 've spent a lot of time testing this ball against many others and I keep coming back to the Chrome Tour. Also a huge fan of TruTrack. Very clear visuals when putting, but especially love it greenside where you can really see the spin.

Just played my 2nd full round with these balls after having played the standard Tour since 2021. The feel is very similar to the Tour, though it definitely feels softer off the putter. For me it performed amazingly. I have had trouble controlling shots into the wind in the past and switching to the Tour S definitely helped me keep the ball lower and not balloon so much. I love the Alignment as well, its very similar to the Callaway Triple Track, but I do like the black lines. Another plus about the Maxfli balls is they are easy to find, both in the stores and on the course. Every dicks and golf galaxy I visit always has them in stock, and many golfers do n't think to try them so usually when I find a Maxfli on course I know its mine. Very good, very underrated balls
