I pulled my back moving furniture sometime in March. Since then, I ’ ve been in awful pain. Btw, I ’ m an in shape guy, 27 years old. It felt like it was never going away for months and months. I got this ball about 2 months ago. It didn ’ t appear to be working at first because I probably wasn ’ t using it right. I replaced this chair with my unfomfortable one and so glad I did. Initially, the seat looks lower than the replaced chair, but it is actually a little taller. It only took a few minutes to put together. The pump worked much better than I expected. One pleasant surprise was the small amount of space it occupied. My back is not killing me at the end of the day. I was hesitant about leaning back, but there is total support. I have n't tried the exercises yet, but looking forward to keeping my body active while I am stuck at a desk.
