Exchanged for a small and it fits perfectly over a long sleeve shirt. The small is form fitting and hangs just below the belt. When moving around and going from sitting to standing it does ride up above my belt which is fine as I tuck in my shirts and carry a knife or multi tool on my belt. Seems shocking that you could do 6- 20 mile runs at near 50 degrees with what seems like a hot article of clothing but somehow it ’s fantastic at regulating heat. [ I loooovvvvveeeeeeee this vest. Well made and as warm as good, sweet lovin'! About the only drawback I find with it is the lack of a bacon- warming pouch within its cozy folds!
