I 'm pleasantly surprised at how functional and solid this pack is. I took it on a short day hike, and it definitely feels like it could handle a 3 day hike. The straps could be a little more padded, but they waist strap is very supportive. It would be nice to have more attachment straps on the bottom for sleeping pads or a tent, but it's a good bag for traveling for sure

[ Covers my 55L pack with room to spare, there's even a bit of extra room for my 65L pack. I 've only run it through 1 heavy rain, but it worked great and kept my bag as dry as can be. As someone on a SAR team, I 'd prefer if it was available in a brighter color, but that's my only issue with it.
