The support it gives is incredible and the freedom of movement you retain because your knee is still free and out in the open makes it a far superior product to any sleeve I 've ever tried. I did a 20 mile run after the first application and felt zero pain and basically forgot I had it on. The adhesive is great as well, EXCELLENT product- I will definitely be purchasing this one again.
