I have Patellofemoral knee pain, I 'm a runner and I 've searched it up it's a great brace but in order for your knee to get better do iron strength work outs on knees with your brace and go for a walk and after a week of knee workouts for great strength go out for a jog. This brace does n't move it stays at where you want it underneath your patella. In other words it's not slippery

I am on my second strap and will never purchase another brand! I originally bought the doctor shock strap as soon as I saw it out of the package I said nope I am returning it. Bought this one and it has done me wonders! I suffer from patellar tendonitis and this strap has help greatly! The only reason I marked quality as good is because I can run through them in a year, I am so hard on them and they start to stretch out.

I had been looking for a knee brace that strapped and would not slide. I ’ ve tried many brands and have had lots of issues with the brace sliding during walks or lifting. With the JK- 2 knee brace, that is exactly what I got. I have rheumatoid arthritis so this keeps the knee stable for walking and biking. I probably could have gone with a 2 XL. One the sizing chart I was between an XL and 2XL, so the XL is a little snug. Overall I ’ m very happy with this brace.
