[ I purchased these for a trip that I would need glacier glasses. I found an online article comparing choices and I chose to try these due to the removable sides, the weight of the glasses, their multi- use design( water& snow sports) and mid range price point. Note that the all black version does NOT come with the side shields. I discovered this after I first tried the black. But I ’ m actually much happier with the look of the smoke frames with mirror lenses. The smoke is not as stark a look. I ’ m a female with medium to large female head and these fit well and look good on me. They may be big for women with smaller heads. They are so light that I barely feel them. Which is important when I ’ ll be wearing for extended periods on the water. Even with a hat on, they felt comfortable on my ears. I ’ ve never spent so much money on sunglasses before, but I can definitely feel the quality. The trip I needed them for got canceled but I decided to keep them because I like them so much and they are so versatile.

The Keola fits awesome! It has adjustable nosepads which I know can be a deal breaker for some but for those of us with flat bridges aka Asians, they are practically a necessity for any glasses to fit comfortably. I lost my pair of Alenuihaha Maui Jim's and these are the sunglasses I got to replace them. I 'm not saying these are nicer than Maui Jim sunglasses but I like how these fit my face a little better and do n't hit my the top of my ears. They are a little lighter, which gives them a cheaper feal, but they are$ 60 sunglasses, not$ 260 like the Maui Jim's. Overall I 'm very happy with these and if I lose these, I wo n't be nearly as ticked off at myself.

The glasses fit great, I do have a bit larger head than typical i would say. I own 3 other pairs of Maui Jim's in different color lenses for shooting, hunting and fishing. I ordered this pair with the bronze tint for driving. The bronze tint is great for viewing my navigation screen while driving.
