Assembly was definitely not 90 minutes but family enjoyed putting this together as we all participated in it. Agree with another review that it is heavy once filled up and the fact the instructions pointed that out in the beginning. Would highly advise to have it where it will be used before you fill it up! It is heavy and difficult to move so I would n't try by yourself! We added a weather proof bag with another 100 pounds of sand to keep on top and it survived 60mph winds that came through where we live. I will say, I keep it lowered to 8 feet when it was windy and it kept it lower to the ground vs extended to 10 feet. Crank is easy to work and markings on pole are easy to read. Would buy again!

This ball serves it's purpose. I went with the 6 lbs. ball and was surprised what a challenge it provided. I would recomand the 3lbs. for most but this 6 lbs. worked for me being over 6 feet tall and at 225 lbs. Great coaching tool.
