I was looking for a replacement for a putting mat I had for a couple years. My old one had a battery operated ball return that stopped working. No batteries needed for this mat and the ball return works great, all by gravity. My new putting mat from Perfect Practice has already helped me improve my putting. Two parallel solid lines help me keep the putter square to the target and there is a nice dashed line to follow straight into the hole. I especially like using the solid parallel lines on my follow through. It seems that my putting stroke was breaking down after I hit the putt by not staying on line. The lines help a lot. Also, the hole itself is slightly smaller than a regulation cup size, to help improve aim. The edges of the mat have a good looking raised edge that keeps the ball from rolling off the mat. This version was the smallest and it easily rolls up and fits into a nice bag, when not being used. I have n't put mine away since I bought it, but it is a nice feature. The larger models with nice wood features look great, but are too large for the space I have.

I saw this on sale at Golf Galaxy and picked it up. I figured I 'd use it as another putting tool when not using my 8' x 1' putting mat, raised ramp hole, etc... This is very stable, has a little gripping surface on the bottom, so it wo n't move on a livingroom carpet. The coolest thing about it is, the push- in rubber plug. I searched various retailers and websites for an affordable putting practice surface. I decided on this one; then searched other sites such as Amazon for more reviews. The overwhelming reviews that I found were very positive. I purchased this mat this morning. The set up was simple, no wrinkles, lays flat and the ball rolls true. As other reviews state- the Slow Direction is way too slow. The Fast Direction is fairly realistic to most of the greens that I play. I am very satisfied with the purchase. I 've been sinking almost every putt today from 3 to 6 feet out. I hope that I putt this well tomorrow one the course!:)

I purchased this mat to help me groove my putting stroke. This lays flat and lets me practice out to 8 feet. I will putt from each corner and the center to get different angles. I am using it on a shag carpet and it lays perfect every time. The roll is straight and I do not need extra gadgets to figure out what I am doing wrong. If you need the fancy lines to help you putt I would recommend you look at something else. It is not a high end product but it does what I want, it helps me groove my stroke and I get the same roll every time.

Really pleased with this mat. Lies flat, ball rolls well, the little plastic U cup has velcro and stays in place even with a firm putt. Perfect for practicing 3 and 6 putts and working on aim/direction. I like that it does n't have all sorts of markings on it like the Putt Out matt does.... just put a few balls down and putt.... just like on the real green.

I have this ball return as well as the Puttout mat and gates. I 'm my opinion you need the gates to fully benefit from this device. The gates allow you to ensure the ball is coming straight out of the face as it tracks into the cup. The one improvement I would like to see in future versions of this device would be more pronounced guardrails on with sides of the cup as well as a backstop at the top of the ramp. These changes would allow me to hit putts that simulate much longer putts than the relatively short mat allow. The Puttout mat is the very best mat I have found. My Mat is 5 years old and it is as true as the first day I used it. I highly recommend this product as well as the mat and gates.

Got the original PLD Anser 2 and played and loved it for a year or so... i never thought i 'd part with this putter. Just rolled the Anser D. The looks are stunning but I was blown away by the feel of this putter. It's amazing in every way. Graphite shaft is new to me but i am really liking it. I have always loved the shape of the Anser 2. Now I 've converted to the wide blade and I ca n't go back. Both excellent putters... for me the Anser D is superior in looks and especially feel. Happy hunting!

I was in a golf store to buy some shoe spikes and a couple grips. The last thing on my mind was leaving with a new high priced putter, but I stopped by the putting room to roll a few for fun. Grabbed the usual Scotty, rolled a few with a couple others and then grabbed a PLD Anser 2 that caught my eye. I fell in love and bought it. I own 17 putters and rotate through them, never making up my mind to stick with any one of them... until now. I 've played about eight rounds with it and hours on the practice green. I ca n't put it down. The feel is amazing. I have never felt another putter that has this feel. It's just quality and inspires confidence. It's soft, but not white insert no feel kind of soft. bought this took it to the range took my lazer lined up with all of the flags to make sure I was dead on my distances and I have to say this thing is as accurate as it gets when I hit club to the 150 flag it read around 150 but give me specific numbers I was a little disappointed with my driver distance but it did n't lie because I hit right where the flag was calling it will my lazer so this definitely worth the money plus it give me swing speed ball speed which is definitely an eye opener to all who say it's does n't work u have to hit the ball solid to get a true reading if it's off u might wan na rethink your swing

I bought these couple of days back and used them once and they have fixed all aspect to my game. I do n't slice anymore somehow. they are the longest item in my bag so I get plenty of relief from all those obstacles. And when I putt I place them on both sides of my ball straight to the cup and and it guides the ball perfectly. I went from shooting in the high 90s and now I am in the low 90s. such a wonderful item to have in your golf bag.
