Bought this one and it has done me wonders! I suffer from patellar tendonitis and this strap has help greatly! Same in the rear hatch although the straps could be just a bit longer for the rear hatch. The rubber tubes are rather large diameter, about an inch, which makes for a really secure hold.

These worked well for me. I play a lot of basketball and have recently noticed my achilles being incredibly sore. My tendons are also sore from just waking up from bed. But immediately after putting these on the soreness disappeared. Check your size before the end of the return polcicy.
