I bought these boots 4 years ago and they held up very well against all the abuse I put them through working at a lumberyard. The insoles are like walking on clouds, the boots never let water in, and the toe let's you get a pretty good kick in on whatever piece of lumber is n't going quite where it should be. I bought these for work, but they eventually just became my go to shoes because of how comfortable they are. I wore them everywhere, work, the grocery store, dates with the wife, you name it, those boots were there. The only reason I got rid of them was because the bottom sole tore itself off of the rest of the boot. I guess all good thing do have to come to an end eventually... Overall, very very nice boots, I recommend them to everyone that asks.

Had these for over a year now and there are a lot of hard hours on them. They are still my go to but the tread is almost gone, but still plenty of traction. Initially I purchased them just for work but I like them so much they are all I wear. I have to admit the yellow over molded rubber on the sole looks nice but it sheds pretty easily and that was a disappointment but they have been such a good boot that I still give 5 stars. Great boot but I upgrade the insole. This is my second pair and im a hands on GC in Utah. I work new construction and remodels and these boots are great. I like them better than Brunt and they last. My last pair was over 2 years although they were hammered. Just picked up another pair and fitted them with some custom insoles. Very happy with this boot and will probably pick up another pair in 2 years. The sole wears somewhat quick but thats what you get when it's a non- slip sole that doesnt track mud everywhere. It's a great boot for the price. Better than my double the price Red Wings!

I wore a different Georgia boot for 3- 4 years before buying this one. My other one was not waterproof. It started falling apart after using it on my dirt farm. With this one I can walk in the creeks and all over. It is super comfortable, waterproof, light, and fits great! It handles cow manure, creeks, woods, rocks, dirt, etc.-- Just all- around great! In addition, the bottom grip is nice. I do n't have any problems walking or shoveling, and the inside cushion makes you want to wear it for all occasions. The only thing you might have to do is replace the cushion every now and then; with around 230 lbs. the cushion performs well, but takes a toll. For winter, I recommend some thick, cushioned, wool socks. Wool socks and boot make it a winning combination that ca n't be beat by any other. Buy it!

I do busway work for power plants, which requires a lot of climbing and crawling and these boots have held up very well over the past three jobs( total of almost six 70- ish hour work weeks) so far with no signs of degradation. They are lightly insulated for the waterproofing, so I think they could get a little warm for the hot and humid months.

I really like these boots – as many others have stated, these run wider than the normal deck boots but are also more cushioned and stable because of the thicker outsole. I ’ ve had my pair for about two years, use them for yard chores, working outside, mud/snow, etc. I like the original deck boots for wearing on the boat since they ’ re lighter and less clunky. I think I may have ordered a half size too small, the toes on my right foot feel a little crowded. It could also be that I am used to square toe boots, but all around they seem like a solid set of boots. The tread is good, the stitching seems tough, and the zipper on the back is a nice touch for making the boots easier to get on and off. It 'll be interesting to see how that holds up to flexing though. So far so good!

Love the boot so far. The composite toe is definitely lighter than the steel toe but they are comfortable right from the get go! I made the mistake of getting a half size bigger since my normal size is always a little tight with the thicker socks in the winter so theyre definitely too loose on my feet. Unlike all other brands, the wide width on these boots are ACTUALLY WIDE WIDTH and the widest you 'll find!! These boots are so incredibly comfortable, that they do not require any break- in!! The traction on the soles does wear down faster and creates poor slush/ice traction. But the soles are n't designed for mountain climbing. I do however, use them for upstate bear hunting. Another plus, is if you have hot feet that sweat; look no further. Usually my Gortex waterproof boots get a musty/mold odor. Not these, 2 years later and they only smell like the original tanned leather. All at a great price.

OMG I CAN NOT say enough about these boots.... I will be ordering them in all 3 colors. I had yet to find a hiking boot that didnt cause me foot pain, blisters, or hot spots.... until now. These fit my feet perfectly. The toe box is typically where i struggle with hiking boots- blisters and pain of the great toe and medial ball of foot. Even while breaking these in I did not experience either of these issues. I have tried SO many other brands without finding the right fit.... i resorted to hiking Montana's Mountains in luna sandals because i could not find a hiking shoe/boot that didnt cause foot pain. Needless to say sandals and mountains are not ideal BUT they were better than the issues i had prior to trying these bogs boots! These will be the only hiking boot i will ever wear!!!
