Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.

I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. There are reviews online complaining that the units fail after a couple of months. So far, so good with this one.

I have been dealing with some patellar femoral knee pain. I purchased this because I know someone who has had knee issues and it's been a game changer. I can say from experience it's one of the best recovery devices I have ever used. I use the contrast therapy for post workouts and I feel it works. Its unique speed and consistency of changing from cold to hot multiple times is so valuable. The app has a ton of features I have not had a chance to use yet. I can say for certain it's a great piece of equipment. My only criticism is, the battery only lasts about 1 hour. So I 'm charging it more than I would like. Overall I would recommend 10 out of 10!

Let me tell you this thing is totally worth it! It helps me recover after workouts, Helps me feel refreshed and ready for a workout and also helps me wind down and relax at night loosening up any tension or pain that is in my knee. It is pretty user- friendly with the app and self- explanatory. I watched a couple YouTube videos prior to using just to make sure I fully understood it. Of course, my only complaint would be that the battery doesn ’ t last long but with all the other perks I just make sure I keep it charged just as a person would their phone every night.

I fell while sprinting on tile and landed on my knee. Three months later there was still swelling, stiffness, and scar tissue. I ’ ve been using this device for a few weeks and feel like it has been an integral part in the improvement I ’ ve had since doing the contrast therapy routines. It hurt so bad to even roll from one side to the other in bed and I couldn ’ t put any weight while kneeling on the injured knee. Now, I still have a ways to go but I am SO much more active than I have been since I got hurt. I ’ ve been telling everyone I know about this including my physical therapist. I do HITT training 4- 5 days a week. Legs get smoked some days. At 54, recovery is slower but I wear these and it makes a difference. Aches go away, lactic acid is under control and I wear them after long motorcycle rides, long car rides after the legs swell. I roll them up and travel on motorcycle with them. They ’ re package and maybe 6. 5lbs total. Easy to use, really like these. Durable material. Expenditure wise… they ’ re an investment for sure.

I really love this product. I owned the Normatec 3 before this for two years and got a lot of use out of them. The Normatec Elite makes traveling with the unit easier and much lighter. The compression sounds are a bit different and there is a lot more clicking and battery noise compared to the Normatec 3. I love the “ leg squeezers ” as well as the hip attachment because the pressure is adjustable, the leg pieces are long enough for long legged folks, and I especially adore the zone focus, so you can get a little extra squeeze in the areas that need it most. These socks are amazing for skiing. I got a pair for me and my fiancé and we both were blown away with how well they worked. They are a little thicker but not much thicker than a normal ski sock. Battery lasts all day on the slopes. I ’ ve only had them on low and that ’s just enough to keep feeling in my toes on cold days. Went out with these the first time when it was- 20F wind chill and I was able to ski the entire day and not even think about cold toes. Wire is super well placed to go up right behind your ankle bone so no pinch points. Heats just on top of the toes so right where you need it most and you ’ re not standing on any wires. I bought these socks 2 years ago for biking outdoors in the winter. You know because riding on a trainer or a stationary bike sucks!! I don ’ t need much to keep my feet warm so I use these on low when I ride. I normally have relatively warm feet without any assistance from an alternate heat source!
