Works amazingly well! I have several Trigger Point products, however, this one rises above the rest! Due to its size and construction it quite effectively targets harder to access spots. In enables deep tissue rolling/self massage. The three modes are nice but I have found the first level of vibration to be strong enough in most circumstances. Directions are incorrect how they indicate if device is actively charging or fully charged. Directions state there is an orange LED by charging port. This is incorrect, there are 2 LED ’s only on opposite side by the on/off switch. The one furthest on right blinks blue to indicate charging, it becomes solid blue when fully charged. The 3 LED ’s also indicate what charge level has been set, 1, 2 or 3, although this is obvious. Minor issue for user confusion but would certainly not sway me from recommending this product.

I ’ ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.

We have a house of athletes that travel for competitions and having a vibrating roller that travels easily is a huge benefit. We have had a larger vibrating roller for a year and its used daily but it does n't travel easily. We like the Grid Vibe Plus because its small but packs a punch. It is also easier to get into some of the smaller spaces on shoulders and has more variations on the surface. Nobody should live without one of these!

I love this ball! I wanted a roller option that was more yielding for tender areas that I could roll around my shoulders low back and glutes that gets the job done with out killing me. I would say it ’s a medium firmness but in a good way

This was 1 of the first things I bought from trigger point after a friend recommended it. I was so upset because I was working on some really bad back knots, and it was too soft. So I ordered the blk grid ball which is great. But now i 've realized you really have to have both. This is great for the neck or a muscle that is in really bad shape, etc. I think it's a must have for your fitness equipment.

I do HITT training 4- 5 days a week. Legs get smoked some days. At 54, recovery is slower but I wear these and it makes a difference. Aches go away, lactic acid is under control and I wear them after long motorcycle rides, long car rides after the legs swell. I roll them up and travel on motorcycle with them. They ’ re package and maybe 6. 5lbs total. Easy to use, really like these. Durable material. Expenditure wise… they ’ re an investment for sure.

I really love this product. I owned the Normatec 3 before this for two years and got a lot of use out of them. The Normatec Elite makes traveling with the unit easier and much lighter. The compression sounds are a bit different and there is a lot more clicking and battery noise compared to the Normatec 3. I do appreciate how this model includes a carrying case in the form of a drawstring bag and the extended battery life makes it much more useful for an extended weekend. Bravo Hyperice.

I bought this two weeks ago after experiencing some upper back and neck pain. A coworker brought one to work to use for lower back pain and said it helped. I logged online, bought one and it arrived in a couple of days. I had immediate relief from pain. After 5- 6 uses, the pain and achiness are almost gone. Using the large trigger point pads and the adhesive is degrading quickly. Buy more pads while they 're in stock. That's the only bad part of this unit so far. There are reviews online complaining that the units fail after a couple of months. So far, so good with this one.
