I live alone and have multiple back issues. I bought it because I can ’ t place pads on my back without help. It works like a charm! One caveat is that you do need to invest in an electrode gel. The pads in the belt worked without gel at first but I am a heavy user and after a while the contact just wasn ’ t there.
