It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

Since our gyms closed, my family and me have effectively used these cables for the strength training component of our fitness programs. I love this recumbent bike. I am an avid walker and I needed something for the winter months to keep me in shape. With the Sunnyfit app this bike is so much fun. I love this bike, it has exactly what I need in a recumbent bike. It was easy to assemble and it is very comfortable to ride, especially for a senior like me. I researched a lot of bikes and I am happy that I chose this one. One of the reasons I bought it is that it comes with the free Sunnyfit app which opens up a whole new level of fitness connectivity. What I like is to choose a World Tour workout and ride through the scenic streets and paths of other countries. It takes the boredom out of the workout. There are also instructor based workouts, and all for free! The app also tracks your progress and rewards you with badges, points and rankings when you reach certain goals.

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

The bike has a space- saving size, but yet it has a 300 lb. rating. It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. It also has an adjustable seat, is reasonably comfortable, and has 16- point adjustable tension. I purchased this for my wife, and it seems to be a good size for her. She likes it.

Love this bar! I like the 36 '' length. It is more versatile than my much shorter X3 bar, which I paid$ 500 for. It's also short enough to work out in tight spaces and breaks apart to fit in a suit case. I use it with my tube bands and my pilates reformer. Using it with a door anchor opens a myriad of options beyond what is recommended in the accompanying brochure. I 'm able to hit all muscle groups. I feel great after working out with it.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. I have it hanging on my office door 24/7 and whenever I need a break, I just take 5- 10 min and go after it on this thing. Best Feature: the swivel motion you can do.
