It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

I love this recumbent bike. I am an avid walker and I needed something for the winter months to keep me in shape. With the Sunnyfit app this bike is so much fun. I pedal around the world in the world tour workouts and the time flies. Very enjoyable, and the bike is built extremely well and operates smoothly. I am a senior and this fits the bill for me.

I researched a lot of bikes and I am happy that I chose this one. One of the reasons I bought it is that it comes with the free Sunnyfit app which opens up a whole new level of fitness connectivity. What I like is to choose a World Tour workout and ride through the scenic streets and paths of other countries. It takes the boredom out of the workout. There are also instructor based workouts, and all for free! The app also tracks your progress and rewards you with badges, points and rankings when you reach certain goals.

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

The bike has a space- saving size, but yet it has a 300 lb. rating. It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. It also has an adjustable seat, is reasonably comfortable, and has 16- point adjustable tension. I purchased this for my wife, and it seems to be a good size for her. She likes it.

This cage is absolutely fantastic! I added the lat pull down attachment and my home gym is complete... for now. Good quality, very sturdy, no shaking once I got everything tightened. This is a very solid product. The software had a few issies but the recent update fkxed a counting issue. The product is quiet and i shut it off when i am not using it to conserve power. I have doem 3 worjouts a week for last to months. I love the consistancy of the resistance. I have been having echelon reach out and asked to share feedbsck which i requested music integration. Thought classes could be more fun with music, but honestly i play music on my radio( sonos) whwn i workout. Since i got the product there has been many skftware updates. I really like the added features and updated classes adding regulary.

The Echelon comes with a bunch of attachments, which is awesome. The straight bar, ankle straps, and different handles give tons of variety. BUT. Storing all this stuff is a pain. Had to buy a separate organizer. Also, switching between attachments mid- workout can be a hassle. Still, the versatility is worth the extra effort. Just be prepared for some accessory Tetris.

I bought this along with the Duotread treadmill. I always wanted a smart strength machine, and this one is definitely worth it. I can do so much more with it. I was informed by Echelon that a new barbell is coming. That is great, cause i am not a fan of the one that came with it. I guess they heard feedback and decided to update it. The software gets updates almost every few weeks with cool new features. The product is very well made, and not a toy. It is a serious workout machine.

This Echelon thing tries to do everything- strength, cardio, yoga, you name it. Surprisingly, it does most of it well. The strength stuff is solid, and the HIIT classes are no joke. Yoga's a bit weird on it, but doable. The 24 '' '' screen makes following along easy. Wish it had more storage for accessories though. My living room's starting to look like a gym equipment graveyard.

Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted.
