I bought this recently so I could do some physical therapy exercises for my back muscles at home and not just at the PT office. I particularly like the device that you can fit in a door jamb so you can connect the resistance tube to it. Because of this feature, I could use it in any room of the house and did not have to install any eye bolts. These are a little stronger than I need just for PT but by standing closer to the attachment point, I 'm still able to get the benefit I 'm looking for without overly straining my muscles.

5 stars are for a Lifeine Gym version I got in 1983. I still use it as I 'm on SSDI due spondylosis. It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

It's a good resistance band so far. I picked up the 75 lb green band and it's pretty thick. I primarily use it for pushup resistance and having a longer arm length, I found that it provided the resistance throughout my movement. Others with shorter arms would probably have to grip the band a bit closer but I do n't think it would be a deal- breaker. I wo n't have to worry about the band's durability for quite a while as I 'm not using it all the time.

I am loving my new recumbent. The two problems that I have with it are not by any stretch of the imagination deal breakers, but minor annoyances. My first minor complaint is that I ca n't put any amount of weight on the rear handlebar without it sliding all the way down. There's only that one screw to tighten up and that does n't keep it from sliding all the way down when weight is put on it. Being a retired mechanical engineer, it's swivel point could be redesigned to incorporate some sort of ratcheting or indexing to keep it in position when loaded. Now for my last issue. Where it's located in my condo it does n't get a lot of light, especially in the evening. During the day I do n't have an issue, but at night I ca n't read the display. Unless I 'm missing something the display should be backlit. I 've been trying to rig up a little led light to fasten to the console to illuminate it but have n't found anything yet. So if you guys have any way of doing it I 'd appreciate it. Thanks for listening. I do n't know if you respond to these reviews, but I would appreciate your response to my concerns.

It was packaged well, without damage, although it took a little longer to arrive than I 'd hoped — standard, easy, step- by- step assembly. I did n't know what to expect because of the price range but I must say I am very impressed with the build quality. There is no wobble and overall the rack feels very sturdy. The pull up bar feels good. I found the plate storage to be useful so my plates are n't lying around.

This cage is absolutely fantastic! I added the lat pull down attachment and my home gym is complete... for now. Good quality, very sturdy, no shaking once I got everything tightened. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I 'm close to 250 and find that the rack is very sturdy. I can hang off the cables and the cage does n't feel like it will tip over.

It's very nice quality. There is no wobble or shake at all. The rack took me an hour to set up. The instructions are clear and I like to take the time to read the instructions carefully and make sure everything is tightened. The pull up bar feels good and I love that it can be adjusted.
