I purchased the medium bands to try out. What I found was that when added to my bar on my weight rack, the bands adds resistance to a greater range of motion. I'vw since our based the light, Medium and Heavy in pairs and found that they are an amazing add to my bar in my weight training. I thought these bands were gimmickie, and that's not to say they are n't, but definitely not what I 'm using them for. I suffer from far less joint pain after workouts and have been lifting heavier since adding the bands. I highly recommend adding these to your power training.

It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. Since I live locally, I was able to just drive up and pick it up myself. The build took me about 2 hours and overall it is high quality and very sturdy. It does n't wobble when I lift or do pull- ups and the optional Lat Pulldown attachment I ordered works great. My one gripe would be the. 8 inch holes that are drilled into the 2X2 tubing. Most standard accessories use 1 inch holes, so I 'll have to wait for Sunny Fitness to release additional attachments( dip bars, landmine, etc.) in the future in order to get more out of the product. _x000D_ _x000D_ Still, it's a great piece of equipment for the price.

What an unbelievable value. This rack is rated for 1000 lbs, has good space and feels very stable. The 1000 lbs capacity is more than plenty. I can work up to 400 lb deadlift, 280 squat, 220 bench press without any issues. I purchased the lat pull down attachment and have been very satisfied.

I purchased this as an entry model for rebounding. I really like the muuv app that came with it and it has helped me get started. I 'm not someone who enjoys exercise, and while I 'm on it I do n't love it, but I find myself drawn back to the thing almost everyday. I have done 100 jumps when exhausted and it has woken my brain up. Although it does fold up, I do n't think I 'm strong enough to it alone so I carry it upstairs when I 'm done.
