My husband received this as a gift for Christmas and he absolutely loves it! He swims about 2500 yards, five days a week. After trying it out during one swim session, he said he was sore. He only opened up 2 pockets and said there's was so much added resistance while doing a kick and pull set. He would definitely recommend this. This vest basically improved the strength of my swimming strokes. Which in turn improved my speed. It does require the swimmer to slightly adjust your breathing technique. Overall, I do recommend it but just as the product is named, it strictly is a resistance vest.

I tried this out and it was so comfortable! The weight is distributed really well and I love that you can take weights out to make it more customizable. The material wasn ’ t rubbing anywhere and I could see myself wearing this on a walk to increase intensity a bit. The design is great too since it can fold down a bit to store it anywhere easily!

Works better than I imagined. Have used it daily for nearly 3 weeks now, and am ahead of my goals so far. Seems durable and comfortable. Can be adjusted for various body types and strength levels. Would recommend starting off with a small amount of weight, and building up over time, so not to risk stress or strain to your joints. Also, fill your lungs with air while strapping it on, that way you can still take deep breaths while working out.

This vest is highly adaptable for all kinds of exercises due to the secure fit and weight range. The quality is high and you do get what you pay for. I use it for walking and hiking in order to get a workout. The weights are easy to change out and the vest is easy to don unless your upper body strength is low. As a result, I recommend this vest only for males who already have a basic foundation in weight training. I like this vest better than my premium Heria 35 pounder.

I bought this vest over a month ago. The great feature about the vest is that you can work up to that 60 lbs. I run with my vest 3 times a week started out with 20 lbs and now comfortably use it at 40 lbs. I tried the full 60 lbs for 3 miles one time no thanks I ’ ll stay 40 for awhile.
