I was a little worried this would feel strange because of the stiffness, and while it was a bit odd aty first, it seemed to disappear after a few minutes. The support it gives is incredible and the freedom of movement you retain because your knee is still free and out in the open makes it a far superior product to any sleeve I 've ever tried. I did a 20 mile run after the first application and felt zero pain and basically forgot I had it on. The adhesive is great as well, EXCELLENT product - I will definitely be purchasing this one again. My only critique is that it's a bit pricey for only 4 applications, but for what you get, I think it's worth it.

When you break it down it is less than$ 3 a roll which is a big difference compared to my local hockey rink which sells them for$ 4. 50 a roll. I will definitely be picking up another case.
