Shorts with Inner Briefs

[ These nice 2- in- 1 shorts are great for runners who want a little extra coverage, like me. The wide waistband is comfortable and not too tight, while the ventilation holes just underneath add nice breathability. Be aware that the tights are quite thin, almost to the point of being sheer. I don ’ t mind that, and I think it will help when running in hotter temperatures. But we will see how the fabric holds up. My biggest complaint is the pocket size on the tights. It can barely hold my phone and only with a lot of effort. These probably won ’ t be my casual go- to shorts as a result. But for 2- in- 1 running shorts, these check the boxes I look for and I ’ d recommend them. I did size up and would suggest that for those in- between sizes or wanting a more relaxed fit.

[ These shorts are really pretty in person. They are a beautiful shade of sky blue. They have stretchy, thin bike shorts inside, and oversized shorts on the outside. They have a drawstring made of the outside shorts material. I picked `` slightly small '', and I am referring to the waist, not the legs or backside. I normally choose a Large, because I like the waist to be a tiny bit loose, but these are not loose in the waist at all. They are not too tight or uncomfortable for me, but if you are on the `` upper '' end of a size Large, then you might want to size up. The fabrics, both the inside and the outside, are very soft and nice- feeling. They feel thin without feeling `` cheap ''. These are good quality, I like them.

[ As a long distance runner, I appreciate a good pair of shorts and that is exactly what these are. The two- in- one style is awesome because they feel freeing like a typical running short but offer more coverage and help prevent chaffing. I love the color fit and style, but I do wish the shorts underneath were slightly longer. With that said, sometimes with styles like this the shorts underneath ride up, and I can honestly say these stayed in place even on long runs so no true complaints! I think these will be my go- to for runs and gym days moving forward.

They are snug where it should be without feeling restrictive, and the waistband stays comfortably in place during both runs and strength sessions! The inner liner adds just the right amount of support without causing chafing, and that same support really shines while lifting weights — everything stays secure without limiting movement during squats, lunges, or deadlifts. What really makes these shorts stand out are the thoughtful details. The 2- in- 1 design provides both comfort and confidence, whether I ’ m logging miles or moving through a lifting workout. The overall construction feels high- quality and durable, and the pockets are well- placed and practical for carrying small essentials without bouncing or shifting. On daily runs and while lifting weights, the Dash 2- in- 1 Short has performed consistently well. It transitions seamlessly from cardio to strength training, making it a versatile, reliable, and comfortable option that ’s earned a permanent spot in my workout rotation.

[ These Dash 2 in 1 shorts are my new go to running shorts. Since it ’s winter I have been wearing them to the gym for treadmill runs and weight training, but I can ’ t wait to wear them on my beach runs. The shorts are super lightweight and don ’ t move or ride up when running or biking. I was worried that the liners wouldn ’ t prevent chafing, but they have been great on my treadmill runs. The wide waistband is both comfortable and flattering and has both elastic and a drawstring. One of my favorite features is the pocket in the liner, which will be perfect for holding my fuel during my long runs. Overall I think they are a great lightweight short combo and are my new go to for long runs or even training sessions at the gym.
