I bought these as soon as I saw they came out because I loved the Kinetic I and wore those until they fell apart. I ’ m actually more impressed with this shoe than I was with the previous version. I thought they ’ d be too narrow but they have much more structure than the I, and I like the wider base of the sole on these. The black looks really nice with a few accent colors. I wish the bottom had a funky color like the others, but that ’s just me! I ’ m not a runner or athlete so haven ’ t tested these in actual fitness situations but love them for all day wear to the office. Just like the I, I did go half of a size down from my normal 7. 5 and they fit perfectly.

I have had these boots for about 6months now. They look amazing and has been a very durable, I build houses from foundation to the roof so I say all environments and these have done well. The waterproofing has seem to do good so far but with winter coming I ’ ll really put them to the test. As for fit they do run tight, I even got a 10W and it ’s still pretty snugged on the sides, I ’ m assuming that ’s to get the square to incorporated in them that causes that. I would suggest maybe ordering a half size bigger than normal. Traction is pretty good for the everyday wear and work, if you ’ re going to be on hill sides all day this boot isn ’ t for you. These are perfect if you have a wide foot but not too wide. Regular boots are usually too narrow for me. Wide boots are usually too wide. I was told that Danner Boots run `` Narrow '' That probably is true cause the wide ones fit me perfect. Not too wide like the other brands.

I got these boots as a gift and they are certainly the best! I am a typical size 6 and the 6 fit perfectly. I did add some extra support for my bad feet, but they are comfortable on their own. I wore them everyday for 5+ hours at a horse farm, mucking out, and stepping in things most certain to ruin them. These had hard use and never cracked or got a hole where a lot of rubber boots do near the toes. The color stayed bright and were easy to clean after a day in mud. I love the ankle height so your legs are n't sweating like taller boots. Honestly the perfect boots, will definitely buy again or will buy another pair for just rainy days and not for stinky farm work!

I was thinking about getting XtraTuf boots for a long time but never had any reason to until I started needing a waterproof boot that wasn ’ t a full tall winter boot. I ’ m glad I got them. They aren ’ t breathable( as I expected) due to the waterproofing of the boot, but the fact that they are short boots helps them breathe a little more than a tall boot. They are very comfortable and I have even wore them for short hikes because I decided not to change my shoes. They have quickly became my everyday winter shoe/boot. I love the purple color, it is so fun, but when mud splashed on them it stays visible until you wash it off. The one time I did scrub them off they did clean up relatively nicely, but if you want an easier maintenance boot, I would get a darker color.

Bought these since I moved from AK over to the east coast. Wanted something lighter and a bit more breathable than the womens legacy boots. I wore these everywhere. Gardening, hiking, walking the dog 3+miles a day, to work, doing errands, slipping them on in the early morning to pick up dog poop. These were easy to slip on and off. My feet stayed dry. In the dead of summer, they can get a bit hot. My regular running shoes are even hot! but overall my feet did not overheat. The shoes had great traction. It's been about a year and they are still great. I may have worn down the soles from so much use. My only con is: the foot cushions might stick to your bare feet if you do n't wear socks.

Finally going to hang them up for the soles basically talk now and stitching is starting to fail on sides. Wrong size
They seem to be a size smaller than normal size. I have always wore a 9 1/2 in all my shoes and boots but they seem to fit like an 8 1/2. Other than the size difference, these seem to be some of the best built and great quality boots that I ’ ve purchased in a long time. Hopefully after I get the right size, they will last me a while.

Its hard to leave an educated review without putting some miles on the boots. That being said, I have had my boots three weeks now. I 'm a union electrician and I had a big shutdown over labor day weekend. I wore the boots 19 hours without taking them off and I must say they are a very comfortable boot. My only complaint with these boots is that they took forever to break in. After two weeks I thought about returning them because the leather uppers were digging into my ankle so badly that I had bruises. I kept wearing them because of all of the good reviews. At about 3 - 4 weeks of wear they just kind of conform to your foot. Now at 8 months they are the most comfortable shoe I own period. After a weekend of wearing tennis shoes my feet actually feel good slipping into these work boots. I can work an 8 hour shift on my feet and keep them on after work until I go to sleep and they are still comfortable. Not to mention that they are holding up great and if I cleaned them they 'd probably look new. I will be replacing these with a pair of the same boots when these finally wear out.

I 've had these boots for over a year, working 10 - 12 hours a day 5 - 7 days a week. I work in the elements. I have tromped through water, been on ladders for hours of the day with no arch pain, rested heavy objects on them, and put them through a good bit of everything. They still do not leak water, they are still comfortable, they have not torn at any seams and keep my feet happy. I would buy these again without hesitation and would highly recommend them to friends and coworkers. I had to replace the laces today but that is expected. They do not have to be broken in like some other boots.

This is my third pair of Xtratuf boots, I have a tall pair and a regular deck boot pair -- - I 've been wearing them for at least 5 years. The boots I have are great but not the warmest and I 've always wished I could find a warm Xtratuf boots. Well these boots are IT! With a midweight wool sock, these boots kept my feet warm when it was pretty dang cold. And I love the color scheme, girly without looking unserious. I 'm surprised no one has reviewed these yet but everyone deserves to know, these are great boots!

Recommend sizing down if 1/2 size - I 'm a solid 7. 5 with wide forefoot and went for 7, perfect fit even with thicker socks, never pinches through the forefoot and toe( always an issue for me). Also love the rubber wedge on ankle exterior, for kicking off using toe of other boot without wearing down the heel seam.

The Hoka One One men's Bondi Sr shoe is my second pair of Hoka One One men's shoes, first recommended by my orthopedist. This recent purchase gives me two pair of Hokas so I do not need to wear the same pair two days in a row. They are supportive and very comfortable. Hoka One One has moved forward over the past several years from the downright ugly shoes I first purchased to today's styles. The down side to the shoes is that they are borderline clown shoes - - big in the forward( toe) section, not svelte.
