The extending handle is a great feature and I really like the mesh. I would not call the mesh tangle proof but definitely a very big improvement over the typical nylon mesh. And it floats!

It's got a nice classic look, the net is soft it's short and compact as I do n't have much room in the canoe. It is wide and deep enough for a good size bass, crappie and/or a good size trout.
