Love these shoes. I 'm so grateful to have found a jogging/working out/living shoe for the winter that keeps my toes warm and dry. I went up half a size like the other reviews suggested and they fit great. What I love most about these and my other Adrenalines is how long the soles last. I wear these ten to twelve miles a day most days of the week and it was a solid ten months before my first pair wore down. My Nike's never last more than three months and even my Hoka's are toast after four or five months. The staying power of these alone makes them worth it. My one suggestion? The winter is drab enough- let's hit these with the neon stick! I want some bright green/yellow/orange/aqua for the grey days- all the way from the soles to the laces.

I often end up with pain in my toes during my workouts. I walk 1. 5- 2 miles per day around my neighborhood for cardio and balance. In the past I relied on NewBalance and more recently Sketchers. As I have aged( now 73), the NewBalance insoles have become too hard. Sketchers are comfortable but the soles are too soft to last on pavement. Love the 24. I have the 22 and 23, and the 24s are excellent in comparison. Background info: I have fallen arches and wide feet. It is a major challenge to find a shoe that doesn ’ t hurt my feet. I often end up with pain in my toes during my workouts. I use these shoes for treadmill walking and step aerobics( I know I ’ m showing my age but it ’s still my favorite of the various types of cardio workouts I participate in). I switch out the insoles with Power Step insoles and I ’ m good to go. Brooks- for my purposes you hit a home run with the Adrenaline 24. My one( small) gripe is that a lot of the cute colors are not available in wide widths. I love these shoes so much that I purchased 2 additional pairs shortly after my first purchase.

If yours squeak, try some baby powder between the insole and sole. I think these have a glued down insole if remembering correctly, but i think i peeled them up in mine. Put baby power between the layers and try to get it to go between the sole from the upper and the foam of the cushioning/midsole where they are sewn together. Sometimes there are vent holes as well. If you get them really wet/dry and that gets washed out it will return some eventually but you can redo it. Ive had several different styles of squeaky shoes and this works. The squeak is between the upper sole and midsole and not the outer sole and the ground like most people think. That is why they squeak on any surface. Had these shoes for about a year and a half now and used and abused them. Feels pretty much as good or better than pegasus i had, although it is hard to ever get a direct comparison. Ive worked and walked a lot in them and usually feet feel as any other shoe Ive ever had. I coach and do a lot of outdoor work.

These are great- highly cushioned but stable. I would use these on moderate trails but nothing too technical. My only complaint would be the padded tongue- it's hot! The shoe fits wider than typical Nikes.

Wow. These are awesome. I ran my last half marathon in the Pegasus trail, and I was less than impressed. I went to the Wildhorse but felt those needed more cushioning. When I started doing road races in the vaporfly, I was really hoping that Nike would do some sort of vaporfly hybrid shoe for trails and I feel like this is it! I took it right out of the box on a 7 mile adventure, with about 2k feet of vert in the first 2 miles and then a downhill 3 mile run on a fire road, before hitting 2 miles on pavement. They performed superb. They are ultralite( 6. 5oz in my size) and have a super wide toebox, which is unlike most Nike products. This means that you ’ re not gon na get any pressure on your toenails and they ’ re not hitting up against the front of the shoe. They ’ re super breathable and the carbon fiber plate definitely gives you a little propel forward. I ’ m so excited that Nike finally got a contract with Vibram because the soles are incredibly grippy. I don ’ t know how this shoe would do on super technical terrain, considering it is a race shoe, so it ’s meant to be fast and agile. But I don ’ t know if it would protect you from kicking a rock or hitting a rock with anything near your ankle. You ’ re definitely gon na feel that. I ’ m all in for taking this on my next race and super excited to see how I perform in this shoe. I love that there ’s no break in time with Nike ever and I ’ m really happy to see that they have stepped it up with their trail running shoes. We needed this!

First time trying Saucony shoes. I chose a man's size 8 1/2 because I needed a wider width a woman's medium width. My normal shoe size is a women's 9. The first day I wore them, my legs hurt, but I gave it a few more days and my body adapted to the new shoes and I have no complaints. The footed is cushiony enough to keep me comfy, while offering the support I need. I work in retail and walk miles every day.

I got these for walking. So far I walked 50km in these and they feel amazing. My estimated normal size is ~13. 2 but since no one makes size 13. 5 I 'm usually either a bit cramped( big toe pushed inwards) in a 13 or swimming in a 14. I got these in size 14 and while they are slightly long, the lockdown around the midfoot is excellent and long length has never been a problem- on the contrary, I enjoy the airy feel in the toe box. The cushioning is just right for walking( or heavier runners)- it's noticeably stiffer than a typical running shoe so I do n't feel like I 'm walking on quicksand. I walked up to 15km per day in these, spending on my feet all day, and there was never any foot pain and my legs felt awesome. Moreover, I risked going on a trip wearing just these, having just purchased them- no blisters! I dig the black/white/gum style as it fits quite well with regular clothes.

I ’ ve tried most of the styles and keep coming back to the Saucony Endorphin Shift 2 w/Speedroll- just wish the prices were better. All the sneakers out now cost a fortune for something hood; yet they have the thinnest layer of rubber on the bottom and zero leather for durability. Honestly none of the sneakers out warrant the price points.

I ’ ve had running knee pain for years. I ’ ve tried different brands of shoes, inserts, etc. and none of them completely eliminated the pain. These shoes however are amazing. I can do long runs with virtually no pain at all.( There are reasons other than shoes for my knee issues.) These are the best running shoes I ’ ve come across. I hope they work for you as well as they are working for me!

After some experimentation, I came back to the Gel- Kayano Wide and glad I did. I really needed a wider shoe and the Kayano comes in wide and really has the heel support that I need due to my pronation which has caused frequent knee and calf pain. So for, no knee pain using the Kayano 30 and this shoe provides me with all the support and stability I was looking for. Highly Recommend.
