[ Does what it needs to do! It ’s very sturdy and keeps my ankle in place. It does take some getting used to, and putting it on was a little harder than I would like( but that may also just be me). I don ’ t think you ’ d be able to wear it with shoes, so as an at home support option it ’s great.

Someone could easily wear this for everyday wear! It ’s light but structured! It ’s somewhat breathable compared to ones you could get at a major retailer.
