The first thing you notice when you put this together is that it is near commercial grade. It even allows you to bolt it to the floor if you want to make it more solid. I did not bolt it down, and it is still very sturdy. Solid feeling. The other great thing is that I am 6' 5 '' and the height for the chin up bar is perfect. My wife is 5' 4 '' and can not reach it, but she uses her stepper, but not much. She mostly uses it for tricep dips. The only small complaint I have is the chin up bar does n't feel as solid as the rest of the unit, probably because it's held in with a single bolt? I think a square tube instead of round might have allowed for a more solid connection up top. Either way, for the money you are getting near commercial grade equipment( some might argue this is commercial grade)!!

This is a great gym for the price. Everything functions smooth and quiet. Fits nicely in a small corner( 27 inches of the side wall and 3 inches off the back wall). Assembly took about 4 hours but the instructions are well done and easy to follow. Instructions recommend two people work together but I was able to assemble it alone with no major problem. If time is most important, I would recommend adding the installation service. The only negative is you must sit facing the machine for Lat Pulls to avoid hitting the Bench Press handles. No big deal.

Bought this for a Christmas gift for our son after some problems getting set up due to the company that was scheduled to set it up the manager at the Bel Air Md store who took care of the issue and got it taken care of 4 days before Christmas. The first guy that was scheduled to deliver and set up came at 4pm and brought it in the house and then proceeded to tell us it was too late and we will have to reschedule, this was the 18th of December, after no return call from this company I stopped in my local Dicks store and spoke with the manager, he called back later that day and it was set up and ready to go 2 days before Christmas. Set up took about 6 hours with 2 guys who do this for a living, I would recommend paying the extra for set up. The machine itself is very well- built solid equipment, does so many different things, make sure you measure your space. It does not come with weights, so you have to buy them separately. So far, my son and husband are happy with the machine.

I received the order from Dick's within 2 days by Fed EX. All of the pieces, nuts,& bolts were included. The two wrenches that they send you are ok, but I used my own. When you get to the part about attaching the two rails for the seat, I found that part a little confusing. Also, the 3 pins that they send you to adjust the seat and hold it together, should be replaced with bolts, especially the one that adjusts the seat. It can pop out while you are doing sit ups. I gave it 5 stars, because it is a solid piece of equipment, and the cushioning is great, so it does n't hurt when you do sit ups. It also has the adjustment of slant, for harder sit ups.

I have been using this unit at our gym for over a year, then bought my own. Only three exercises, one of which does the same thing as a Roman Chair, which is crucial for the lower back; it is called Hyper Extension. If you can not do this for your lower back, those discs will get worst than they are. If you can not do this at least twice a week, skip it.

I do n't power lift or use a lot of weight, but for the average person who's not going to lift more than 250- 300 pounds this is a good set up. It was easy to assemble and is plenty strong. I would have to say this is my first home gym and I am quite impressed. It wasnt too difficult to put together and no parts were missing. One thing I would have liked is if they labeled the right and left arms as well as use darker print on the part boards which labeled the nuts and screws. This is a much sturdier piece of equipment than expected and very comfortable to use. And these cords are not just for looks, Folks. They provide a surprisingly good workout. If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike. If you have short legs or have difficulty stepping up and over to get on a regular exercise bike, this is the bike for you. I highly recommend it.

I was working out at home on my traditional weight bench with a couple of plates on each side. During my bench press workout, I pushed through nine reps and thought I could squeeze out one more, but my arms completely gave out. The bar came down and rested on my chest, and I had to tip one side to drop the weights, which caused the other side to flip down. It was a pretty risky move, especially without a spotter, but sometimes it ’s just not convenient to have one when you ’ re working out alone at home. This experience is probably the biggest reason I ended up purchasing this strength platform. With it, there ’s no risk of getting crushed, and the one- touch Bluetooth device to control the weight gives me so much peace of mind while working out. And honestly, the Bluetooth weight control isn ’ t even the coolest part of this trainer. It ’s such a game- changer and a fantastic product!

I found this exercise platform recently. I was looking at compact home gym machines online and getting a little discouraged because of the lack of options but this platform is different than anything I 've seen. I love the convenient weight adjustment dial. Easy to go from 20 lbs to 50 lbs, as opposed to loading and unloading weight plates. No more clutter of weights lying around the floor. And the Bluetooth clip- on addition let's me lift with safety and confidence, knowing I can zero out the weight with just a click of a button. The fold up feature is really convenient too. Itt's as compact as a suitcase, perfect for my smaller living room. I ca n't do every exercise I want but for the size and convenience it's totally worth it, especially since I do n't have to wait on the machines I want to use at the crowded gym. I actually like using it for leg workouts better than squat racks or leg press machines. I put on the weight belt, clip in, turn the weight dial and I 'm locked in on my workout. It seriously saves me so much time because I 'm not unloading and loading weights for each lift. Great product, totally recommend it!
