Love this! I have a flexible ice pack but when I tried to put it on my knee it did n't stay where I put it. This is so helpful- I freeze the ice pack over a rolled item( cookie dough, frozen juice, crescent rolls, etc.) and then I put it in the cover and velcro it shut and it stays for as long as I need to ice! Such a great idea.

[ I recently started using this compression sleeve for my knee and I 've been really happy with it. The sleeve is super easy to put on and take off, which is great when I need quick relief. It's really good at compressing and stays snug without being too tight. The best part is the cold therapy feature. It targets the exact spot where I feel pain and swelling, and it helps a lot in reducing both. I just grab it from the freezer, slip it on, and I can feel the relief almost immediately. The sleeve feels soft against my skin, which is a nice bonus. It's also very well made. I 've been using it for a while now and it still looks and works like new.

This product is the most effective wrap I have used. I am using it for elbow tendinitis so it is a little bulky. Mobility is compromised when I use it returning to work after a swim. However, it delivers ice cold to the desired area. It is comfortable and can be used for heat also. It will come in handy for injuries, whenever the next one occurs.

I love this heating pad. It is soooo much better than the drugstore variety where the plastic part comes out of the cloth material. This is all one piece, and it ’s great for the back as you can fasten the Velcro tabs together so it ’s on your back( or abdomen). It ’s a little heavier for travel but much more comfortable than any other heating pad I ’ ve had.

I have used this heating pad for over two years now. It works for my needs. I can or hope to control spasm with it. It works so well, when my original one died, I ordered a replacement before I even looked at the warranty. When it came, I realized that it had a 5 year warranty. I filed for the replacement of the one that died and with a few days, I was approved and was sent the replacement. Now I have my new one and a replacement for the one that died. I can highly recommend this one to anyone who is in need of a heating pad for those areas that hard to put other heating pads.
