This is lighter then mannequins from Kwik goal and ten times easier to set up and get to and from the field, not to mention they fit in my car which other brands do n't. They must be low- level coaches who do n't understand competitive soccer needs. These are by far more innovative and more realistic than other brands with the spin feature is amazing. I have used defenders for 15 years and these are the best I 've ever seen so if you are a real soccer coach then do yourself a favor they are$ 60 less then kwik goal and better.

The great one
I have seen other ball return units but this one seems better constructed. A convenient feature is that it can be folded after use to save space, others do not have this feature. The net takes some force to apply, I think you need 2 people to get it on. Otherwise it is easy to assemble. Highly recommended basketball trainer.

As a long distance runner I was looking for a resistance trainer I could use while on the road. Unboxing was pretty easy with three resistance bands and two ankle bands. The ankle bands when properly attached have little to no give so all of the energy is transferred to the resistance bands. I am impressed with how sturdy and comfortable the trainer is while in use. The three resistance bands are a snap to attach and remove while exercising. This is a must have for those on the go as I just toss it in my overnight bag and take off. Great product!
