Purchased the Crushed Clay and absolutely love them. My normal size is 8. 5 but I have always ordered 8 in all my Sorel boots, so I again chose size 8 and it fits perfect. I always wear socks with casual shoes so no blisters but I did have to order a long shoehorn because the top of heel would always collapse when slipping my heel in. I love these slip on shoes. I did, however, originally order size 7. 5- my usual size in all Cerelle shoes and boots. However, I had to return them and size down to a 7. There is some give, and because of the slip on nature of the shoe I think they run a little bigger. But I love them- they ’ re stylish, and go with any kind of outfit. Love Sorel footwear! Always a size 7. 5 but for these slip on sneakers I had to return them and get a size 7. Perhaps because they do slip on they were more prone to feeling a little too loose. I am guessing there will be some give, and then the size 7 will be absolutely perfect. That being said, they are beautifully made, and I love that there ’s a slight platform sole to them. I wear them on longhaul flights( change out my shoes once we are in the air) and it's easy to wipe down the soles after they touch the lav floors before wearing them at gueshouses, hostels, and in other peoples homes. I love that the back of the shoe can be stomped on or slipped over the heel, depending on what I need at the moment. I purchased these shoes in early Feb and have just worn them now. I am impressed with the comfort and support they offer. We go on cruises and I prefer `` water '' shoes over sandals. The style is great and I will also wear them for low impact workouts. The fact that they are water proof and dry quickly is a bonus. I wash all my work- out shoes and air dry them.
