Fast. Currently running in Invincible 3s and Infinity Rn4s, I actually bought these just to have. As an older runner with knee arthritis, I need good cushion. I tried these out on a 6 mile treadmill run and wow- these shoes are quick!! There is great support and the sole is perfect no matter where your foot strikes.( I ’ m a mid- forefoot striker). I 've been using the gore- Tex trail shoes with Currex high arch insoles for more than a year of consecutive daily running. I was doing more trail/gravel running til late winter& switched to the track for later runs. This is my first carbon plate Nikes and I ca n't believe how much faster& lighter they feel on my feet. Of course now I want to try the vapor/alphas as well. I have really high arches and it is like they made this shoe to fit me perfectly. I may end up putting my insoles in but I had not even needed them for my first week of runs in them. I 'm definitely going faster than I 'd even imagined. Great shoes. I 'd love to see more colorways. I actually worked in them the first night I got them and had several complements. I ’ m relatively new to road racing( having done just one half marathon this year) and this is my first carbon shoe. My warm up mile was light and breezy in this shoe and my speed work was definitely faster than normal. I struggled to run slow in these shoes for my cool down mile- your feet turnover fast in these shoes. I did have to size up a half size from a 7. 5 to 8, but super pleased after just one run. I worry that the 8mm drop is a little too high for me to use on long runs tho, but we ’ ll see.

I absolutely love these shoes! I ’ m prone to getting blisters but that isn ’ t a problem any more with these shoes. They are super lightweight, comfy, cushioned but still give you that bounce from the carbon plate. I feel like my runs are lighter and faster. I font feel any shock when I hit the ground so it feels like walking/running on clouds. I can not recommend these shoes enough! I plan on using these for race day. They are so comfy for longer runs and faster speed runs.

This is my first purchase of On shoes-- I generally buy cheaper shoes but then have to use inserts after about a month to maintain comfort. These were more pricy than I usually buy, but they were on sale, and so far I have zero regrets.- They are very comfortable. I do n't even notice them.- They are lighter colored and I am clumsy; I expected them to be stained within a couple days. I have been pleased to find that dirt/grime/spills wipe off of them easily.- I can be on my feet all day and my feet are n't tired To be honest, the only `` complaint '' I have so far is that the laces do n't stay tied all the time. Sometimes I have to retie them. I can live with that. Also( and this has nothing to do with the shoes) this is the first time I 've ever ordered from Dick 's and they made the ordering and delivery process a pleasure. I love these shoes! I had two pairs of the 5s. The rubber did come off on the bottom the first week but I superglued it back on. I hiked the Tour du Mont Blanc in these babies and they did great! Love the extra cushioning and durability. Will definitely buy them again for my next long hike. The extra cushioning prevented any foot pain. I 'd say they lasted a whole summer of maybe 200 miles of hiking!

[ I have been using the Altra Olympus 6 for hiking, running, and fastpacking. This is my first time trying a full- cushion trail shoe, but I have been road running in the Altra Torin for about 6 years. After about 25 miles of mixed terrain, weather and landscapes, I feel this shoe excels in climbing and tackling dry, loose terrain. I felt stable and powerful sprinting up sandy hillsides and dusty singletrack. The shoe absorbs the impact of large gravel, and bites into turns well. I slid around a bit on large wet roots and slick rocks under the stiff midfoot but recovered quickly and happily traded that for the protection from sharp obstacles. The high stack kept my feet dry when encountering mud and puddles, while the well ventilated upper kept me comfortable on long, hot days. The contoured form around the Achilles took a little getting used to, but it worked to lock my heel on ascents; no hot spots. Laces stay tied. Altra gave me this free product to try, and I 'm looking forward to putting many more miles on it.

[ All I run in is Altra 's, so I was stoked when Altra gave me this free product to try. The Olympus 6 's look a bit like oversize clown shoes, however, they are SO comfortable I just love running in them! Recently, I was running up a muddy hill along Minnehaha Creek in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and some guy and his dog tried to run up the same hill, and he started sliding down it! I reached my hand out to help him get up the hill, and so he grabbed onto it, and the grip of these shoes was nearly strong enough to hold up him and me, but eventually he started to drag me down the hill with him, so I yelled at him to let go, as he propelled up. It was reaffirming to me though how well these Olympus 6 's performed compared to other trail shoes- especially on the wet/muddy ground! These Olympus 6 's have one heck of a grip! The colors are decent( I always prefer men 's colors to women 's, but the women 's are okay on this model shoe). The heel is a bit large on me, and the shoes look silly on my skinny legs, but these really are super comfortable shoes that still feel pretty lightweight( all things considered) and really do perform well! For someone looking for a high cushioned shoe with good traction, I 'd highly recommend the Olympus 6 's. Thanks Altra for providing these shoes for free to me so I could review them. I sure do love them!

[ I recently tried out the Women 's Glycerin StealthFit 22, and overall, I was really impressed. Right out of the box, the comfort level was top notch — plush, cushy, and super soft underfoot. The StealthFit sock- like top felt snug and secure in a good way, and I liked the way it hugged my foot without feeling too tight. It gave the shoe a sleek, modern feel that really stood out compared to traditional designs. Style- wise, I absolutely loved the look of the Glycerin StealthFit 22. The material of the upper has a clean, breathable, almost knit- like texture that not only looks sharp but feels great too. It feels like a shoe that ’s just as appropriate for a casual day out as it is for a workout. I got a few compliments the first time I wore them, which is always a good sign! That said, I did notice a couple of small things. While the StealthFit sock top felt great overall, it sometimes made my foot feel like it was slipping just a bit inside the shoe, especially on longer runs. It wasn ’ t a dealbreaker, but something I had to adjust to. And while I usually love cushioned shoes, the sole of the Glycerin was almost too soft for me. I ’ m used to running in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS, which has a firmer, more supportive feel, so this felt more spongy than what I ’ m used to. [ I have been a fan of Brooks for years but this was my first time trying the Glycerin StealthFit 22, and I am so glad that I did! The Glycerin StealthFit 22 is now my immediate go to for my daily exercise routine that includes indoor and outdoor training( walking, weight lifting and running). The fit of the shoe took me about a day to get adjusted, but was very comfortable from the beginning. I log about 15- 20 miles a week and have used the shoe for about 2 months, and it still provides plenty of support and comfort. I appreciate how easy it is to put on the shoe with the elastic around the ankle and how thick the soles are. The shoe is also made out of a very breathable fabric so my feet never feel overly warm. I love my new nike Pegasus 41 goretex shoes. I live in Minnesota so it gets cold and snowy here and so far these shoes are doing a good job.

[ It took forever before I receive the shoe. Due to hurricane that hit the state of Florida all mails was delayed. But I was so excited upon receiving the shoe and was in love on how sleek it looks! It fit prefectly! The cushion is nice and comfortable. It was breathable even for a long run or walks. I tried it on dirt and the grip is amazing. Never had a problem that I might slide as it was slippery every where due to the hurricane. The material used for thus shoe is top notch. I love the color and the support it gives to my foot and legs every time I take a step or stride. Definitely a great shoe to invest in especially foe those who loves to run or walking.

I love these sneakers. They ’ re comfortable and warm for cold& in climate weather. My feet stayed dry and warm. I did wear wool athletic socks. I like the Pegasus sneakers. I ’ ve bought quite a few of them.

[ I ’ ve been seeking for a pair of shoes that are comfortable to walk in long distance, can maintain its support, and ultimately be my go- to walking shoes for the 1+ hr daily walks with my dog. I ’ m usually splitting my time between three different pairs of shoes for these daily walks- leather Jordans for when it ’s slightly wet outside, rain boots when it ’s really wet, and knitted running shoes for the nicer days in case we want to jog at any point during the walk. Because the Gore- Tex is versatile, it was able to address all three case needs and I have been wearing it every day for the past two weeks since I got them. The inside is not as soft like some other shoes but it ’s also not too hard like walking on the cement directly. There is a slight bounce that gives me comfort in knowing that the shoe is absorbing some shock from my footsteps and when I found myself at the beach with them on, I was pleasantly surprised that water and sand did not seep into the front of shoes like it normally would ’ ve with the knits( mind that I didn ’ t walk into the ocean with them on and am referring to an occasional splash while walking on the shore). As for the design, I thought that the little weather icons on the shoelaces was a cute yet settled detail. I was worried that shoes like this would make my feet look clunky, but it ’s giving more of the contemporary fashion with an edge of construction workwear. Highly recommend them for a daily wear! I have yet to test them in arduous hiking or heavy downpours but my impression is that these will satisfy my daily walking needs longer than most other shoes.
