I ’ m 6 ’ 5 270 lift weights daily with cardio and these DN ’s have been fantastic. They feel really soft as far as weight distribution but solid on the treadmill. I ’ m not a fan of hard sole shoes and pure running shoes aren ’ t as supportive with weights. These do a good job of distributing pressure while lifting as well as walking. The colors look good but for me as a big guy comfort is key.
