I 've tried various cups and shorts for karate, and these are by far the most comfortable. The cup is soft but sturdy, and offers great protection for those unexpected blows( also machine washable). The shorts are fantastic, and feature Shock Doctor's Ultra Cup Retention System, which is by far the best I 've seen for maintaining cup position. There is a flap at the top of the cup pocket for keeping the cup down and straps at the base of the pocket which go under and connect to the back, keeping the pocket pulled back. The cup never strayed, even during squats, kicks, or sprints. If you want consistent, comfortable protection, this cup/short combo will do the trick.

I 've bought many Calia sports bras and this the best adjustable one they have made so far. I wear a 32D and the small fits great. The band is tight and there is n't too much cleavage compared to other sports bras. Previous Calia bras I 've bought had problems with the elastic coming out after a few washes. I 've had this one for a few months and it is still in perfect condition. One thing I wish this brand would do is get rid of the tags. Every now and then the tag pokes me when I 'm working out.

This bra instantly became one of my favorites due to the comfort, support, and no- fuss design( no clasps, loopy cross- straps, etc.). It ’s easy on, easy off, even after my sweatiest workouts. It ’s a true medium impact bra- which is perfect for low impact cardio( walking, elliptical, etc.) and my strength training. It ’s comfortable, straightforward, and keeps the girls in place. I usually remove the inner padding on my sports bras, so when I realized these pads don ’ t come out, I thought I was gon na hate the bra- but it turns out the pads don ’ t bother me at all. Definitely a keeper and in my regular rotation!

[ I got this bra in a 1X because I have another Nike sports bra in the same size. When I received the item and tried it on, it ran a little big so I was discouraged. I decided to keep it on, and it was so comfortable i forgot to take it off for 2 days, and that includes sleeping!( I know I know..) This bra is different from others that I 've tried because it is breathable and comfortable, but also provides shape since it has built in cups. The cups barely move, and do n't become misshapen after washing. I would recommend this to anyone I chat with!

[ I was hesitant to try this bra because i prefer zip front bras when I work out. This bra was very comfortable and supportive. I normally wear 2x in tops and I ’ m a B cup- I took a risk and sized down, and the bra fits perfectly. Another bonus is the padding does a great job of concealing nipple piercings, and I had no chafing.

[ The Nike sports bar is a high quality bra that fits well. As a larger breasted woman, it is often difficult to find a bra that will help support me during activities. When looking at the bra I wasn ’ t sure it would fit, but it fits just right. The fabric does seem to be thin but it is still very comfortable. It is a very classic design, all black with the Nike swoop. I kind of wish the material was a little thicker, but overall I really enjoy the product.

[ I was very surprised and excited at the support this bra gives me while running and exercising. Folks, this is my new favorite and only bra that I will wear while exercising. The band fits perfectly and does not dig into or rub your skin. I like how lightweight it is and that it does not come with cups. I would wear this bra for everyday use as well. It fits like it was made for me. It is so very comfortable and that is so important because most bras are uncomfortable to wear. The breathable fabric keeps you feeling cool also. [ This is a great every day sports bra. Love that it doesn ’ t have removable pads as I always ending up tossing them anyway. It ’s super comfortable and I love the racerback style. I wear it for my strength training workouts and it is a great support level for that, but if you have a larger chest like I do I don ’ t know that it would be the best for running or any HIIT exercise. For anything low impact though it ’s great.

[ I am a short, large breasted woman who is also breast feeding. When I ’ m exercising I need a bra that will hold my breasts with minimal movement and discomfort. This bra is awesome for that! I love the Velcro adjusters in the back, the racer back straps, and of course the all black style with a Nike symbol on front. It was simple to loosen the Velcro straps in the back to feed my baby when I was wearing it around the house. I washed it per instructions and hung dry — it held up wonderfully. The only thing I don ’ t like is the seams are visible from the front, but it does not hinder anything. I am so excited about my swoosh bra and would love more!

[ When I received the bra, I was excited to see there were no removable paddings in the cups, just movable breathable material. The back has velcro straps I was hesitant on, but after working out, I was pleasantly surprised at how nice it was to loosen them and take the bra off. I did n't have to wrestle out of a sweaty bra. I do wish the straps were in front so as to be able to tighten them easier at the beginning of my workout, but the bra was great and held me in for my workout. I would not use this for running as they do n't keep the girls secure in that sense, but I would use it for a good mat workout.

[ This is the first time I have used a sports bra that was adjustable with velcro and it ’s awesome! I appreciate that I have more room to get the bra on and off when expanding the velcro — especially after a sweaty workout! The fabric is quality and despite not having cup inserts( thank you!) there is plenty of comfort, support, and coverage. The back cutout and mesh detail were cute details to a very practical bra.
