As a student of Filipino martial arts, I use the trampoline for shadow boxing( with/without weapons) and footwork drills. The springy surface increases balance, timing and proprioception requirements. Coupled with the accompanying workout videos, I can get a darn good workout with no stress on my knees.

Good quality, as a beginner it was very hard, once l get my balance on the trampoline it starting to be a bit easier. It takes a lot of practice. I give this product a 5 star money well spent.
