I ’ ve had the Hyperice Venom 2 for over a year now. It works very well and lasts around 110 minutes on the highest heat and constant vibration settings. I rarely use anything other than the constant vibration, the on/off settings don ’ t do much for me. I appreciate how quickly this item heats up, it is much faster than a traditional back pad. The one gripe I have with it is that this is very fit to use on the lower back, I have had upper back pain in the past and this does not cover that area easily. The ball gets in really deep in the muscles. I always end up having stiff shoulders and a stiff neck and I 've been using the ball for a while. It helps so much and especially with the patterns too.

I have low back pain arthritic. So before I workout I use this to help relieve and stretch the tension. Plus I have tight hips and that helps with stretching before I run and play ball. It's temporary relief but it's a big help. The product is heavier and harder than the trigger point type but I use both I like this Nike one cuz it digs deep into area. You have to get use to it and sometimes just sitting there helps too not just rolling it. This product was recommended to me by a friend.
