I do HITT training 4- 5 days a week. Legs get smoked some days. At 54, recovery is slower but I wear these and it makes a difference. I really love this product. I owned the Normatec 3 before this for two years and got a lot of use out of them. The Normatec Elite makes traveling with the unit easier and much lighter. The compression sounds are a bit different and there is a lot more clicking and battery noise compared to the Normatec 3. I had half torn my plantar fascial tendon some 20 years ago in a athletic competition. This little tool is really helpfull to relieve pain when it comes back. I fell while sprinting on tile and landed on my knee. Three months later there was still swelling, stiffness, and scar tissue. I ’ ve been using this device for a few weeks and feel like it has been an integral part in the improvement I ’ ve had since doing the contrast therapy routines. This device is very comfortable. I 've been using the product for about 6 months( 5 months prior to buying my own). It had been amazing. The ability to enjoy different programs from the app, and the levels of cold and heat are amazing. Best of all, I do n't have to keep it plugged in to enjoy. The only negative I could see is that the battery does seem to be very short when enjoying the product, but it's you think about it, you get several 15- 20 minute sessions before you have to recharge it. Medical professionals recommend for pain and swelling to ice/ heat for about 20 minutes. So, the battery is really not that bad, but we would all like to have more time when experiencing something so therapeutic. A car charger would be a great accessory. Overall, I love it!! It goes everywhere with me.

I started working out again and my hip was killing me. I do have hip dysplasia and my trainer recommended me to use this before and after my workouts at the gym. I bought this ball at Dicks about a year ago. And i have yet to use it for my feet! Little did i know what this little wonder could do for my hands!!! I work with my hands always, and the stress and strain can be brutal. Gripping, pulling, pushing all day can take its toll. I 've actually gone to one of those mall,( asian) massage business's just to get hand massages. And they were great, but wondered why i would just go in just for my hands. Long story short, my wife and i walked in to a Dicks looking for a massage hook. Then she noticed and picked up this ball and asked if i 'd seen one like this. Really pleased with my RumbleRoller Gator. It's designed to perform friction massage, which you ca n't really do safely on traditional rollers. The tendonitis in my pecs have responded really well to the daily Gator friction massage. I found the Gator online through an article by a trusted source and went into a Dick's store for a first- hand look. Of course no one at Dick's minded at all that I was rolling around on their floor. I ’ ve had this for about a month and I love it! I travel a lot and used to carry a foam roller that took up so much space in my luggage. The pro- tec is about 5 ” diameter so it takes up very little room. It works great on the floor or against the wall( for more control of how much pressure you put on the ball). My only complaint is that I ’ ve noticed a slight flat spot on the ball after putting full weight on it from my back while on a hard wood floor. I only weigh 170 lbs.
