I have had these straps hanging outside in the Florida environment for about 13 years. Every day, all day. I just replaced them with new ones just because the handle rubber split. I dont know of anything that can withstand the Florida elements like that.

I have been using this equipment for over 12 years. I have put it to hard use both inside and out in nature, over tree limbs and pull up bars. It has held up remarkably well. It is also useful as isometric straps. I keep it in a bag in my car when I go on my month long road trips. Originally I owned the first version( which I still have and use) but this version is even better because the straps are wider, the handles allow for comfortable foot straps, which allows for some potent lower body exercises. The handles are thick and comfortable. The adjustments are quick and easy to make. One of my favorite strength and mobility tools.

My power rack is in my bedroom, so solid gym chalk tends to make a mess while I lift. All of the dust settles on my electronics and my clothing, and it gets transferred onto any surface I touch throughout my room. I happened upon this liquid chalk one day and thought I 'd give it a try. So far, it works perfectly! I shake the bottle and apply about a quarter sized amount to the palm of one hand, then I just work the liquid into both hands and across my fingers and let it dry. Occasionally I 'll have to add another drop or two during heavy lifts, but I was doing that with the solid chalk 10 times more frequently, sometimes more. It's a little pricey but it's absolutely worth it if you 're concern is keeping the dust to a minimum. Not to mention it really does stay on my hands and is very easy to wash off. Just use some warm, soapy water after your workout. Highly recommended!
