I love that this pack has a zippered mesh compartment in the larger pocket where I can fit my passport. The clasp is on the side, not on the very back of the belt like other waist packs I ’ ve had. This makes the Day Lite comfortable when sitting down, and I always worry about theft so I like that the buckle is tucked away. The back is nicely padded and the shape of the pack distributes weight well. This is a very thoughtfully designed and durable pack, as expected from Osprey.

[ So this bag does exactly what it should. However I think they intend for this to be more of an over the shoulder bag than a hip pack- just because as I mentioned in the title, the strap is a bit short. It fits me, but I have a 32 inch waist. All in all agree Bach that again performs how it should.
