Used as a top layer with layering( and heated vest, socks, and gloves all on lowest setting) during a 12( F) degree morning, never got cold and didn ’ t feel the wind. One minor suggestion... although there are two external pockets with zippers, it would be the perfect jacket if there was an internel pocket. Otherwise, i would highly recommend this jacket to someone looking for a lightweight jacket.
