I bought 4 of these for my grandchildren to wear under their lacrosse gear. The size guide was spot on and the shirts did exactly what we wanted them to do which was to stop their shoulder and elbow pads from pinching them. The benefit we did not know was it kept those pads from shifting during play. The shirts do not hold body odour after washing and they dry quickly so can be washed in a hotel sink and hung up to dry. The only thing that I did not like was that the white color is quite see through, so I had to wear another shirt on top of it, or high- waisted workout pants and a full coverage sports bra underneath. [ This Nike shirt has been a great addition to my running wardrobe. It is so comfortable to wear and has kept me warm in the recent below freezing temps on my runs. I have been testing this shirt for 3weeks and I continue to be impressed. It has made outdoor runs more enjoyable and allows me to keep running outside rather than switching to the treadmill. The shirt wicks sweat which keeps me warm longer than my previous shirts. I also love how practical this shirt is. My two favorite features include the thumb holes in the sleeve and the zipper pocket on the side to hold my ID, cash, car keys when needed. I love that I don ’ t need to make sure my shorts have a pocket to hold the essentials. The shirt ’s fabric is top notch. It has not stained or pilled when washed. It is thick enough for warmth while not being bulky. My shirt is white and my only complaint about the fabric is that the white color is fairly see through so I have to be careful what sports bra I wear underneath it.
