My wife and I have been using this rower on a daily basis for over 6 months. Love it! Smooth and quiet. It was easy to assemble and flipping up the seat and bar after use is easy for storage. The computer is straight forward and does everything that we need. Had some minor transport issues which the friendly staff quickly resolved. GREAT PRODUCT and CUSTOMER SERVICE! Highly recommended.

I 've only been using this for four weeks. The product is sturdy and well constructed. The nylon strap looks and feels like it will provide lasting use. The handle is easy to grip and comfortable in the hands. The seat is comfortable and I 've had no issues with it. I 'm starting out with 30 minute sessions on low level to work on my technique and form and very much like the steady resistance. For older first time users on a rowing machine( I 'm 66), if you have n't already been exercising regularly this will give you a good initial workout at level 1. If you 're like myself and do regularly exercise but have n't used a rowing machine, once you feel comfortable with proper technique and form you 'll be ready to push upwards and this machine has very good resistance settings and built- in programs that will challenge you. Also allows for custom programming. The digital screen is easy to read and simple operations. I 'm very satisfied with this product and highly recommend it!

I love my water rower! I wanted one for several years now and was researching the various brands. I decided on Sunny because it had good reviews and was affordable. I have more incentive to work out regularly now and actually feel like I am getting somewhere with my fitness routine! I love the woosh of the water sound and I put on some Malte Marten and basically row and meditate. This is the best investment I have made in some time!

I really like it, this is a good machine for the money. This is not a commercial rower that you would find in gyms and nor is it supposed to be. It is easily set up in 15 minutes and away you go. The good: free shipping, good packaging, easy setup( took about 25 min), seems well built and sturdy. the not so good: foot peddle straps, rowing handle seems narrow. I have broad shoulders and I feel I would get more motion if the bar was slightly wider. Overall: I am happy with my purchase. It seems to be a good `` middle of the road '' rower without breaking the bank. At first I thought the resistance was n't going to be enough however after 10 minutes you can feel the burn.

The machine is of heavy and solid construction which helps make for it ’s very smooth operation that is immediately evident when you use any of it ’s many functions/work out routines. The flywheel is smooth and the magnetic resistance is easy to operate enabling non jerky resistance changes. The seat glides on the rail making rowing for a smooth full body workout. …and when I had issues with the flywheel( possibly working or wearing out) they couldn ’ t fix it so they sent a new machine.

I would highly recommend this rower! It was packaged so nicely and compact that there was no extra freight charge. It was very easy to assemble. One trim piece didn ’ t fit exactly right, so I had to trim it slightly, but was fine. Didn ’ t know if I would like the rowing arms on this machine, but I absolutely love them. This is a great no impact workout. Felt my posture was improved almost immediately after beginning using this machine. Love that it can also store upright, making it great for smaller spaces.

I purchased three units for our high school weight room. Assembly was somewhat challenging but nonetheless completed. An excellent machine! I would like to see more support in not only professional installation and assembly but also resources to maintain and upkeep the product( one year maintenance scheduled by a professional, etc)
