As a long distance runner I was looking for a resistance trainer I could use while on the road. Unboxing was pretty easy with three resistance bands and two ankle bands. The ankle bands when properly attached have little to no give so all of the energy is transferred to the resistance bands. I am impressed with how sturdy and comfortable the trainer is while in use. The three resistance bands are a snap to attach and remove while exercising. This is a must have for those on the go as I just toss it in my overnight bag and take off. Great product!

It fits in the door and the cables allow you to lean at 45 degree angle stretching your shoulder joints and isolating your spinal chord, site of bone spurs. My version allows converts the handles into barbell or stand on the handles and pump the barbell fed cables, twisting for more resistance. It also allows those of us who can not sleep to stretch any time of day or night. My Lifeline Gym is the finest addition to anybody's home with aging family members.

Since purchasing this set a month ago, I 've used it nearly every day. I like that it was extrememly easy to set up and it does n't take up very much space- I can literally attach it to the back of my basement door and there's no other clutter to deal with. While this set only comes with one cable system, I like that I can add other cables when I 'm ready to increase the resistance level. This is a much sturdier piece of equipment than expected and very comfortable to use. And these cords are not just for looks, Folks. They provide a surprisingly good workout. If you have limited space, you 'll find it fits nicely into a corner and is light weight enough to easily move out for use. And last, but not least, is the ease of getting on and off the bike. If you have short legs or have difficulty stepping up and over to get on a regular exercise bike, this is the bike for you. I highly recommend it.

I ’ ve had the triple handles and bought an assortment of cables ranging from 10 to 50 pounds. This means( using either one, two, or 3 cables) that I can create most combinations of total weight between 10 and 150 lbs. I use standard dumbbells in addition to these but any time I travel these just come along in a small duffel bag. Weights stay in the basement and these frequently come to the living room for quiet/safe use- just anchored to a door. I would definitely buy again and lifeline ’s triple handles with their flexibility are far better than what I ’ ve found elsewhere with single handles.

These are a great substitute for cumbersome pulley machines for the home gym. You can increase resistance by approximate increments 10lb by adding the next tube size/color. Thicker ones are easy to place in the handles by securing the tube underneath your foot and stretching it out by pulling it up thinning it out enough to slide the handle into the slot.

I 've used a Lifeline TNT All- In- One Resistance Cable System for a number of years, and I 've always found it to be a very efficient and compact piece of equipment When I got the system originally, it came with 40 lb resistance cables, which worked fine for some exercises, but not so well for others. So far so good. Assembly was a challenge by myself but managed to figure it out with some help from a wall. Have been using for a couple weeks now with no issues. It is a little short for me( 6' 4 '') so might try to figure a way to move the foot rests back a bit to gain a couple extra inches. The resistance is fine, it's a little noisy but does n't drown out the TV any more than my old elliptical did. As long as it holds up, use it weekdays for 10 minutes at a time, I 'll be satisfied.

I really like it I 'm only using it 5 minutes twice a day but will definitely be increasing my workout as my body gets stronger. I 'm also working around mild arthritis in my knees. My doctors recommendation was to strengthen my knees and i feel it's helping.
